I purchased a Kia Soul EV from them in November of 2026. They had 2 different people tell me and the dash showed that the battery was at 100% state of health. It turns out immediately afterwards that they They had 2 different people tell me and the dash showed that the battery was at 100% state of health. It turns out immediately afterwards that they had reset the SOH indicator in the car and it actually was at 65% SOH. I had the car tested at a different Kia dealer and they confirmed this. Kia of Hamilton have since refused to talk to me about it. I have put in an official complaint to the OMVIC but have still heard nothing from the dealer. My original feeling was that it was an honest mistake by the dealership. But because they refuse to even talk to me about it, it has started to feel like it was a purposeful alteration of the vehicles history. I am extremely disappointed in this dealership, and would advise anyone thinking of purchasing from them to look else ware for a trustworthy dealer. as this dealer is modifying the in vehicle history to make the cars appear better than they are. More

I went in, they were very nice and quick to help get my car serviced. They noticed my broken pump resovoir and asked to fix it for a decent price.
