Of all the dealerships that we visited to, she had the most personable, informative, and calm approach. In fact, Mariana was the reason we returned to Kia Hamilton. She was open and honest, and worked to get us the best trade for our vehicle. Mariana found us the best exact car we wanted, with all the features and colour we were hoping for. The process was smooth, quick, and painless. Nicole, the finance manager, was so amazing to work with as well! She made sure we had what we needed, and did not push for up charges we didn’t need. It was a great experience, and being dog-friendly made it even better! We would absolutely return to Kia Hamilton! More

I have been waiting 5 days after I took car in for information on recall and warranty I have left messages everyday and no one gets back to me I called for recall they said part was in I made arr information on recall and warranty I have left messages everyday and no one gets back to me I called for recall they said part was in I made arrangements for repair took morning off and when I got there I waited 2 hours for car and when they came to waiting area they said they had no part ??? I asked will I be compincated for coming in and no part they said they would let me know. ??? They also charged me $200 for a car scan for a engine light Iam very discussed with my out come of my visit They also tell me my warranty was done 10 days ago And a fix for my engine light would be $1500 If I get no resolution on these issues I will never buy Kia again and make sure I tell others I have bought 3 brand new Kia cars in last 6 years and never had an issue More
Dropped car off on a Wed am with clear instructions that I must have it back by Friday. Called all day Friday and sat morning, nobody answered the phone. I had a very disappointing experience with Kia of Hamilton. I brought my car in on May 6 for a window button issue. They said the part needed to be ordered and would call me when it arrived , but I never heard back. I called twice, left two voicemails, and even used their online chat, but got no response. After more than a month, I decided to drive all the way there (I don’t live nearby), only to be told the part had arrived weeks ago but they simply forgot to inform me. I agreed to wait 30 minutes for them to install it. After waiting over an hour, they said the car was fixed, but when I checked, the problem was still there. I asked why they gave me back the car without checking if the issue was resolved, and they said they always start with smaller parts first and go from there. I understand that approach, but why tell me it’s fixed if it clearly isn’t? If I hadn’t checked it myself, I would’ve driven off thinking everything was fine. Buying a car from Kia of Hamilton was the worst dealership experience I’ve ever had. After paying a deposit, I was given multiple pickup dates, none of which went through. Even worse, no one con dealership experience I’ve ever had. After paying a deposit, I was given multiple pickup dates, none of which went through. Even worse, no one contacted me to let me know about delays. I had to constantly follow up myself just to get basic updates. There was zero proactive communication. When they sent the bill of sale, it didn’t reflect the deposit I had already paid and still included fees I had declined. I asked for a corrected version, which took another 5 days, again with no communication during that time - even though I was supposedly scheduled to pick up the car. Reaching the finance manager, Aileen, was another frustrating experience. The receptionist told us she wasn’t in, but another manager said she was. When she finally answered, she didn’t recognize who we were or what car we bought (a 2022 Kia Seltos). She even asked if it was new or used. She claimed she’d emailed the bill of sale, but we hadn’t received anything. Only after asking her to resend it did we get a text, which we never got when she supposedly sent it the first time, clearly indicating it was never sent before. When we finally picked up the car three weeks after the deposit, only one of the three agreed-upon items had been done, the passenger side mirror was replaced. The paint pen for the exterior scuffs, which was clearly written into the bill of sale, was “still on order” and not available when we picked up the vehicle. A chip in the windshield, which was supposed to be repaired during safety inspection, was also still there. Their solution? Either leave the car again or fix it ourselves and maybe get reimbursed. This dealership has been disorganized, unprofessional, and frustrating to deal with from beginning to end. I would never recommend Kia of Hamilton to anyone, save yourself the stress and go elsewhere. More
