Once we got the vehicle and the keys and drove away, we have noticed that The van is shaking, and that it has been difficult to open the back passenger sliding doors. The staff was very friendly. However, getting into the place is another situation, as we drove right by the driveway, the first time because it is hidden behind trees, etc. Not marked very well. Thankfully, they have some upcoming renovations that they said they hope to resolve that issue. They made us feel very comfortable while we waited, our furnace, coffee, tea, water, and a neat play area for kids. They even have a snack machine you can pay to use. More

Got snow tires put on. ..it took almost 4 hours. Price 238 Day later a tire leaked and went flat. Their representative "Arun" refused to seal the tire and said I needed a ..it took almost 4 hours. Price 238 Day later a tire leaked and went flat. Their representative "Arun" refused to seal the tire and said I needed an appointment. Would be 3 and a half hour wait. Kia does not stand by their work and have rude self-serving employees who just don't care. More
