Service was good, got the problem fixed. However, trying to get my phone calls answered took forever. I took my car before 9am and by 4:30pm I hadn't received a call with an update. I had to call like 10 times to finally get someone to pick up the phone and tell me what was going on. I would had appreciated someone contacting me to let me know my car wasn't gonna be ready that same day. More

Everything was explained, I didn't feel pressured (because that was going to be a deal breaker when deciding where to purchase), and I can't be happier with the new vehicle. Service department is incompetent and unprofessional. Have been advised on more then one occassion, the "head mechanic" looked at my car. Yesterday i left and the check engine light was on and my AC problem was not fixed. They have no integrity and think their customers are stupid. Mark the head of operations is the worst. he acts stressed and overworked and inconvenienced by his customers. He also tries to pull fast ones on you and say things like the reason my car is pulling to the left is BECAUSE THE ROADS ARE UNEVEN. the worst experience i have ever had on multiple occasions. super shady service guys who i dont think have any qualifications.
