Every time I book service there’s a problem . This time when I booked the service, despite asking twice, I was told there were no recalls on my vehicle. One star review here is why. Original appointment booked because my 1 year old car had no AC. There was also a recall for a wire harness that had to be changed. Booked the appointment online and that day they called me to confirm. Next day they sent an email to confirm. Again the next day they sent an email to confirm. The day before they called again and confirmed the appointment. The day of the appointment I dropped the car off first thing in the morning and left it with them that day. They never called to let me know what was going on. I had to call them 45min before they closed to ask what's going on with my car. Their answer was " The AC is blowing hot air" they had no idea why it was blowing hot air. This was on a Friday they told me to come pick up my car and book an appointment for another day. I asked them to keep it and look at it on Saturday. I was told the EV tech doesn't work Saturdays as I have a PHEV. I needed the car for Monday so I picked it up on Saturday. Made an appointment for the following Friday. Same thing happened with emails and phone calls. Dropped it off Friday Morning. Again no one called me to give me an update. I had to call 30min before they closed. I was told the A/C machine broke so they couldn't diagnose the problem. I was assured the machine would be fixed on Saturday and the "EV Tech" could fix it on Monday. I didn't want to leave the car but I agreed to leave it with them until the Monday. Monday evening I still had not heard anything about what was going on with my car so again 30 Min before they closed I had to call and ask. I was told they were just hooking the car up to the AC machine and they wouldn't know what was wrong with it until Tuesday asking me to leave the car with them yet again for another day. At this point what option did I have. Tuesday while I was at work they sent me an email and then called me in the afternoon to inform me my AC compressor was bad and they had to order one. But it was also back ordered so I could come get my car and they would call me when the parts were in. My wife went to pick the car up when she arrived they gave her the keys and told her the car was parked out back. She found the car walked up to it and hit the button on the key fob. Nothing happened the does didn't open. She tried again and heard a beep from a car farther away when she pressed the button on the key fob. THEY GAVE HER THE KEYS TO SOMEONE ELSES CAR. When she tried to explain to them what happened they argued with her saying they were her keys. She finally get her keys and left. During this whole process they was never an offer of a loaner car or any help at all. 1.5 months later the compressor came in. Got an email to book an appointment responded to the email with a day. No response. Same person called me 4 hours later to tell me the same thing. Book an appointment with them. They also informed me my car had a recall I said another one? They told me it was a wire harness. I told them that was fixed already. They explained to me that it was still in the system as not being completed. Even though they told me it was done. Same day received email to confirm. Next day another email. Day before someone call to confirm I was coming. Day of the appointment dropped the car off in the morning. Later that day before they closed they called to inform me they couldn't get to my car that day and I could either pick it up and make another appointment or leave it with them yet again for another day. So I left it. Car finally got fixed the next day but no one called me to tell me it was done. I had to yet again call just before closing to find out what was going on. That was my experience with this dealership for this issue. I will never return for any service this dealership has to offer. I actually tried to buy my car from them but they gave me the run around for that also so I bought it from another dealership. More
