I purchased a new 2026 Kia Sportage at this dealership and I traded in a vehicle. The amount they gave me for the trade in was $11300 however the bill of sale shows $10,000 when I asked why they told me c and I traded in a vehicle. Then they charged me 13% again on the full balance. I questioned this with the FSM and the sales person and they assured me this is normal practice from there dealership. Do not buy a car from this dealer as they are not following Ontario regulations. I have already escalated this to Omvic and BBB and will continue to voice this to prevent this happening to other unknowing customers. More
