On Saturday, March 9 2013, I visited the dealership to inquire about purchasing a new vehicle. I was greeted by Sales Consultant Mike Pizzuti who immediately sat me down to ask me questions regarding the inquire about purchasing a new vehicle. I was greeted by Sales Consultant Mike Pizzuti who immediately sat me down to ask me questions regarding the type of vehicle I was looking for and the particular features that I wanted. After we discussed some options, I determined that I was interested in the Kia Sportage, in which at that moment Mike offered to take me for a test drive. During the test drive Mike was extremely informative letting me know about the types of options and features that it had and allowed me to take it both on the road and the highway (as I specifically mentioned that hwy driving is something that I do more). Once the test drive was finished we headed back into the dealership where he asked me how I felt about the vehicle and if I was interested in knowing pricing. At that moment I decided that I was very interested in knowing more and so Mike began to explain all of the pricing and all of the options that would be available. Although I was not able to purchase the vehicle that day, Mike was very patient in understanding my request and assured me that when I was ready he would be willing to help me out. I went back to the dealership the next day and had some requests that would help me make a purchase decision. Mike had no problem going above and beyond in speaking with the Sales Manager John Selsak to try to accommodate me with my purchase requests and when he returned I was pleased to know that they were willing to help me out and because of that I was able to decide that I wanted to go forward in the purchase of my new vehicle, the Kia Sportage. In the financing process I was pleasantly helped by Chris Tannous the Business Manager who gave me all of the information that I needed to know about my new vehicle and made me feel comfortable that there were no hidden surprises. A few days later I picked up my new vehicle and felt very confident in my purchase decision. Buying a brand new car was a big decision for me and I could not have been happier to have chosen this Kia dealership to give my business to. All associates were pleasant, they were willing and able to help me out in every way possible, and there were no feelings of pressure to purchase from them. After having my car now for 2 weeks, Mike has still followed up with me to find out how I was enjoying my car and reassured me that any questions or concerns that I have would be answered by him at any given time. If anyone is interested in buying a new Kia, I strongly recommend this Kia dealership, you will not be let down!!! More

my experience at this dealership was very good. I went in on the saturday to look at and test drive a few different makes of vehicles that kia sells. I found the sales staff very friendly and helpful with answering all of my questions. I did not feel any pressure to be purchasing a vehicle and upon leaving on that day with them knowing I wanted to check out a few other dealerships first they were not pushy trying to make the sale immediately. They did provide me with the information and prices on the two vehicles that I was considering buying. I did go to a few other places to check out other vehicles. I returned on the Sunday and did purchase the vehicle of choice and both the sales and finance gentlemen were very friendly and again answered any of my questions and concerns promptly and professionally. I left there feeling very happy with both the price and service I received. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to anybody that was looking to purchase a vehicle. More
John was friendly and asked the right questions to get us into the right vehicle. He made sure we were taken care of throughout the buying experience. My wife and I had a very nice new car purchase experience because of John Selsek and Chris Tannous. They were both friendly and very helpful. John made us feel relaxed and welcomed. Wow! Excellent experience! I was serviced by Mya Gokani and I must say, she was absolutely great to work with! She was the most professional sales agent I have ever come across! Buying a vehicle is not eas and I must say, she was absolutely great to work with! She was the most professional sales agent I have ever come across! Buying a vehicle is not easy with so many choices to choose from. She did a fantastic job showing us all their models and key features of each. I ended up making a purchase within an hour! If you shop for a car, you must go to 1885 Upper James Street if you want great customer service! You have to see it to believe it - great people there! Grade: 10/10. More

Back in 2009 my brother bought a new Mitsubishi from 401 Dixie Mitsubishi and to make a long story short he was over charged at least 7K by those vultures. As his payment were very high and seemed to be a waste of money, we decided to trade in the SUV for a Compaq car. I had posted my add on Kijiji.ca for the SUV and had then received a invite from KIA of Hamilton. The Communication was great between Mike Pizzuti and he lived up to his word on putting the customer first and getting us the best deal with in his power, regards to the trad-in and the pricing of a new Rio. Dawn West was the awesome accountant who helped us along the way for the financing part of the deal and was full of positive energy. Will i buy from them again the answer is YES. Honesty and acceptance of mistakes goes along way and these guys have morals for sure. Thank you Mike, Dawn and Debbie for helping my brother in the best way you could have. Mya was absolute fantastic from the get go, she was very personable, we didn’t feel pressured at any point during the sales process and she made sure we were comfortable with our decision before moving forward with the purchase. We felt so comfortable with Mya that we actually called my fiancé father and recommended that he join us on our next visit because he was looking to trade in his 2009 Kia Sportage. I would use and recommend Mya again for anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle. The Bad: Although the sales process was fantastic we did leave the dealership disappointed, during the sales process we needed to give our current ownership and a refundable deposit to hold the vehicles. This was not a problem for my fiancé and myself because we purchased vehicles, however my soon to be father in law decided to hold off purchasing a new vehicle and asked us if we could pick up his deposit and ownership because he lives 45 min away and couldn’t make it to the dealership for a few weeks. When we asked for his ownership and deposit back we were told that it was lock up in the safe and nobody had access to it, we were also told that all ownerships and cash when received is placed in the safe right away. I found it unusual that they couldn’t give us my father in law deposit back considering they just had to open the safe 30 min prior to place my cash down payment that we needed for our vehicles into the safe. When I questioned the manager about this he told me that we could get the ownership back (originally told these are placed in the safe) and they will issue a cheque to my father in law. I personally felt that the manager wasn’t being honest with us and find it difficult to understand that nobody in the dealership had access to the safe. I felt this was a sales ploy to ensure that my father in law returns to the dealership personally so that they could have another opportunity to “get a deal done”. For this reason both myself and my father in law would not return to the dealership to purchase another vehicle which is disappointing because we had an amazing experience with Mya. I would relate this experience similar to a restaurant that has great service and fantastic food, but server’s awful coffee. You leave with a bad taste in your mouth. More
