Me and my family went to Kia of Hamilton looking for a used car, while we were walking in parking lot we were greeted by John Selsek, he introduced himself with a big smile, we explained we were just look used car, while we were walking in parking lot we were greeted by John Selsek, he introduced himself with a big smile, we explained we were just looking and he said he would help us to find the right car for the budget we had. We did not expect to get as new of a car as we did. John explained that the newer of a car would be better because we could extend the bank loan and also get a car with warranty on it. John never pressured us at all, we came back 3 times before we bought and he was helpful everytime. I thought the entire process of buying a car was made very easy at Hamilton Kia.. Everyone was very polite and friendly. I would definately buy another car from them in the future. There was 2 things however that affected the overall experience for me though. I got winter tires and they put the summer tires in the back seat and when I got home the seats were wet. I told them I would pick them up in my truck but I guess they did not want them laying around or to get damaged. 2 thing is the car had less than half a tank of gas I thought it would be full but other than that excellent job by all staff. Although fairly new to the auto business, Justin has excellent product knowledge at his fingertips. His manner is friendly yet professional and nothing I asked him to do was too much trouble....even mea excellent product knowledge at his fingertips. Bonus was meeting and dealing with Mr Bill Martin acting as sales manager for the day - great guy, also highly professional and gets right to the point without being overly aggressive. Dawn West is a gem. Overall a pleasant experience and a smooth transaction in the shortest possible time. More
