I have been in the market to purchase a new car for quite some time now. I've been to dealership upon dealership and have always left with the same unsatisfied feeling that I wasn't getting taken care of to some time now. I came into Kia of Hamilton expecting the same thing, but to my pleasant surprise it was much different. I felt very comfortable with Mike my sales rep. He was very helpful in helping me select my car for the needs I have, he didn't try to upsell me on anything because it did something I wasn't interested in. And when it came down to the numbers, Bill martin and Rob bruno were more than accomodating. They helped me out an outstanding amount. They crunched my numbers to make it more than affordable for me. If I ever choose to buy a new car again I will definitely come to Kia of hamilton. And I will recommend any friends or family not to waste any time and come right to kia of hamilton! More

Then, I met with Dawn to sign the deal, and when I got home, I noticed that, due to an honest typo, I had signed to a price that did not account for that $500. I knew that I had signed agreeing to the price, so thought that's that, I'd have just have to eat the $500 because of my own negligence. I called Dawn, who dealt with it immediately and without any fuss, and gave me a new price with the $500 off. I was very impressed. Thanks Kia of Hamilton. More

Bill was wonderful with helping me get my winter tire package together and a few other little things that needed taking care of received last night.
