I always bring my Sorento to the main dealer for servicing and always have a good experience. 9 times out of 10 the service is done while I wait and the only repair I have needed (I do 50,000km/ye servicing and always have a good experience. 9 times out of 10 the service is done while I wait and the only repair I have needed (I do 50,000km/year so wear/tear is high) was also completed within 90 minutes and covered by the warranty. My husband and I were on a mission; to buy a safe but affordable vehicle. It was a Monday evening and we had one night to figure out what brand of car to buy. We looked at Hyundai, Nissan and Mazda.....with a quick jaunt to Chevrolet - Kia was the only dealership we returned to. Gary was the greatest, it was snowing and miserable outside but he serviced us with 3 test drives of Kia vehicles. We talked a deal, and left to complete our mission, but we returned....and we signed a deal. Picked up our Forte EX four days later. We both recommend Kia to everyone. I love it, and my two teenage children adore driving it. It has great pick up and smooth, quiet ride. But they especially love the colour and the sunroof....can't say I disagree. We've had it 4 days now....and I finally get to drive it to work tomorrow, (time to get a job kids!!!) Thanks for the great service Gary...you really displayed your expertise. Kathy and John More
