There may have been a misunderstanding and perhaps our employee did not properly disclose all of the information, but she did not have malicious intent, I can assure you. No one has responded from Kia (except some person from the credit place-who did not disclose any details of the process of getting financing) I am totally confused, APPARENTLY THEY ARE ALSO OWNED BY "Car Nation" which is also KIA. An executive assistant to the President of your dealerships (a woman) talked to me Friday I believe and "will look into what she can do to satisfy me". It is now THURSDAY and I have not heard a word> What happened to her. To me you people have a nice new car business (for people with perfect credit) and it has a GREAT IMAGE obviously -looks great-and -at the same time -a kind of "backroom dealing area" up the dark stairs...that ain't so nice or respectful, or respectable to the customer. Deals are revealed not discussed with other CAR NATION employees at the very beginning of applying-NEVER EVER HEARD OF SUCH A BACKROOM TYPE DEAL I did not even know WHOM the lender was I would be dealing with. Cars are DELIVERED FROM GOD KNOWS where -another twist-they are not even from your dealership (or going through your dealership according to Angela) therefore, how could I even be assured that the car is inspected and will LAST the five years or more I have to pay for it. Plus it will be equipped with a GPS -what an insult, how humiliating and demeaning for a car I will be paying for. I REALLY think that this should be revealed, and obviously this "dealer rating" is not the place. They threaten to delete my review if I do not respond...TRUST ME IF THIS REVIEW DOES NOT APPEAR THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU OF WHICH YOU ARE A MEMBER WILL TAKE IT AND THEY WILL NOT THREATEN ME. THIS DEALER RATING IS JUST A BIG JOKE
