My experience this last few days has been great. From the manager, gen. sales manager, Rob Bruno and my Saleman Michael Pizzuti, I give the entire 3 personnel mentioned above a 10. I was in Kia about 3 months ago for service on my magentis and spoke to a SALESMAN AND someone who introduced himself as an area manager. I was interested at that time in looking to trade my then current car (kia magentis) for a new car. The salesman (can't remember his name, wasn't all that bad but the area manager was pushy, and not at all informative. After my encounter with him i was considering going back to Chev. I related this information to Michael Pizzuti and he asked if i would give him a chance. Which i did and and very please i did so as my experience with the current Kia has been terrific. More

From the moment I came, Martha greeted me and took the information in a friendly business-like manner. I always request the same mechanic,Peno, when I book for service as well as when I bring the car in. information in a friendly business-like manner. He is a terrific mechanic who really does check everything and catches any possible problem (e.g. cabin filter). I bought the car through John Selsek and he always sees me and spends some time just chatting. The dealership is a pleasant place to visit for the servicing and the service to date has been excellent. More

My Husband and I had an excellent experience when buying our Kia Optima, Shane was very knowledgeable and great to deal with. I purchased a 2013 Kia Optima Ex turbo. I dealt mainly with John Selsek who I found to be friendly, non-pushy, and reasonable. I feel that I got a good deal. I also dealt with Jordan Pelikan who I found t with John Selsek who I found to be friendly, non-pushy, and reasonable. I feel that I got a good deal. I also dealt with Jordan Pelikan who I found to be very friendly, funny and professional. John was off the day of delivery so Gary Williston completed the delivery. Gary was a gentleman and took the time to go over all the vehicle features for me. I was introduced to many other staff members at the dealership all of whom I found friendly and welcoming. Overall the experience of purchasing a new vehicle from Kia of Hamilton was an enjoyable experience. More
I have always received good service. This last week it was possibly even better than usual - friendly and no push to do additional work on car. The detailing was certainly a nice bonus. From the very first moment we first walked into the dealership it was friendly, and relaxed in the afternoon. BUT....... When we came back 2 days later at 1230 it was night and day. day staff was ru dealership it was friendly, and relaxed in the afternoon. BUT....... When we came back 2 days later at 1230 it was night and day. day staff was rude, un-sociable, and seemed put out that they had to acknowledge us and the staff seemed un-approachable or gave off the feeling they didn't want you to talk to them. The receptionist was rude and very disrespectful, even on the second visit for service, and the staff seemed to have NO CLUE what we where there for or even knew why we where there. Lines of communication was CRAP. We got the feeling that the some what service was there just to sell us the car, and when the check switched hands, the friendliness was gone. The dealership was dirty, cold, and not even close to a dealership that represents professionalism, or success. Staff where in kaki's, runners, and shirts where not tucked in or even look professional. Total attitudes on the day staff seemed, rude and put out, and a lot of running around but not much seemed to be getting done. For a dealership that just had a $23,000 check handed to them, seemed to be forgetful of it, and didn't give the feeling it was willing to go above and beyond the call of duty. The staff didn't even give off the feeling that empowerment or ownership was instilled in them. SAD very sad. We will never be going to Kia of Hamilton for any and all our future service needs or warranty issue's. Kia Burlington will be our home from now on. More
Having bought my 2010 Soul from the Niagara region and not getting any-and I mean not ANY- service from my local dealerships, I was recommended to go to Kia of Hamilton by a friend. I'm so glad I did and not getting any-and I mean not ANY- service from my local dealerships, I was recommended to go to Kia of Hamilton by a friend. I'm so glad I did and will continue to travel from Niagara to Hamilton for service. It's a big inconvienience for me and can't understand how Cardinal & St Catharines Kia still operate with such xxxx poor customer service. More
