Dealt mostly with John. Courteous and very friendly. No pressure sales which is what my wife and I enjoyed. The only complaint I have is the car was ready for approx. 3 to 4 days before I could pick up and pressure sales which is what my wife and I enjoyed. The only complaint I have is the car was ready for approx. 3 to 4 days before I could pick up and there was a layer of dust over the whole car. Would have been nice if the car was washed the morning I was going to pick up. Otherwise great employees throughout. Haven't tested the service part as of yet. More
I had been looking for a fairly new used vehicle.Had been online and came across this dealership,had the opportunity to stop by and see the vehicles on the lot in person. I came down was greeted with a sales online and came across this dealership,had the opportunity to stop by and see the vehicles on the lot in person. I came down was greeted with a salesman Frank that was very friendly and made me feel comfortable to talk with. He offered to let me take the Sportage for a ride and because i had my mother with me,was just as friendly/kind to her as he was myself. Everyone in the dealership from Frank,the secretary Sarah and Chris from the finacial department,were all so kind. The salesman Frank wanted me to be happy with this purchase and was asked several times if i had any concerns,any concerns i had were met with respect to me and my mother who traveled with me to pick up vehicle. I would recommend this dealership to my friends and family and anyone i knew looking for a Kia. I look forward to my follow-up appointment/visit,knowing i will be treated respectfully. My husband and I went in to look at a used car listed on Auto Trader. When we arrived we were not bombarded by sales people seconds after getting out of our car. They gave us a few minutes to look around and then came out to see how we were doing. I really appreciated this as every place you go to now, the sales people catch you immediately, and will not leave you alone until you buy something. Frank was great, he gave us our space when we needed it. We later dealt with Chris who was also great. Very friendly and personable! He made spending that much money on a car easy!!! Overall we had a great experience at Kia of Hamilton, even though we bought a Volkswagon (but maybe next time!!) More
