He told me and showed me pretty much every detail possible that I would ever want to know about the car, and if he didn't know it himself, he made sure to find out and let me know. He was very laid back and wanted to make sure that I loved the car before I bought it. He made it clear that he didn't want to sell me the car if I didn't love it. I couldn't be happier. He came in on his day off to make sure the car was in good shape before I picked it up. I also worked with Matt and Melissa and they were also great and very informative. The dealership called me the next day to make sure everything was good and Shane also called me a day after that for the same reason. Very happy with my car and my experience. I would definitely recommend the dealership and Shane. You will get great customer service and most likely leave in a great mood like I did! More

Friendly but not proactive Jason Enders was our sales rep. He was very friendly and personable and if he didn't know an answer, he said so and found the correct answer. We felt he was open and hones about pricing options and we are comfortable with the deal we made. However, after we signed out deal, we felt the communication could have been more proactive. If you say you're going to call us at a time or date, please call us. Don't make me call the next day to find out information I was told I'd have the day before. In addition, we wanted a Homelink mirror for our vehicle which was not standard on our model. It took 10 days to find and get our vehicle in (another dealer sent the wrong vehicle to Hamilton which we don't blame our dealership for), and when we went to pick up our vehicle, we were told the service centre didn't have the mirror and I'd have to come back to get it installed when they got one in. It took 10 days for our vehicle to get to the dealership. Did it not occur to anyone to order the Homelink mirror the day we signed the deal so it would be available to install when our Sorento arrived at the Hamilton Dealership? Now I have to make a return trip to have the new mirror installed. Also, the interior of the windows were quite dirty with a filmy residue and the gas tank was empty when we picked up the car so I had to go with Jason so he could fill the tank for me as that was part of the package when we picked up the car. Individually, each of these oversights are not a big deal, but collectively it seems there is a shortfall in attention to detail. Little things add up. Overall, we are satisfied with our purchase experience. More
