This was supposed to be a research exercise to learn about Kia ... and most likely remove it from the list. Then, Frank Caruso ruined all of our finely made plans. We were replacing an older SUV and Frank had us test drive a couple of Sorentos, with a Sportage in-between. We now own a Kia Sorento.
