very good the second time my experience was very delightful the second time I returned the first time the sales associate gave me a quote and it was all wrong when I returned h my experience was very delightful the second time I returned the first time the sales associate gave me a quote and it was all wrong when I returned he told me the vehicle was $20,900 minus my deposit of $8000.00 would leave me with 12,000 left but when I returned the second time they told me that was all wrong by him and now I owe $22,000 but Nicole and Melissa were very good about it and were very kind and helpful thank u kia of Hamilton More

A surprisingly excellent experience. Wasn't sure what to expect from buying a car here as we have not got the best credit. My expectation was that I would be turned away or laughed at. However when we told Frank about our situation and wanting to see what our payments would be before looking at vehicles., Frank was more than happy to help in anyway that he could. He introduced us to Melissa who was absolutely wonderful to work with. Melissa worked with our initial request and we were able to get credit with a lower interest rate and had a car picked out for us when we arrived. Melissa was very diligent in keeping with what we could afford to pay. Melissa and Frank never pushed us into anything that we didn't want. Melissa detailed the specs and payments in great detail and was very patient while my wife and I deliberated our options and didn't push us out the door when they closed for the night. Frank was only too happy to outline the specs of the vehicles that we tested. Even on the day we picked up the new car, Frank was very detailed in showing us the various systems in the vehicle. Overall, this was an excellent experience. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone. It was a breath of fresh air based on previous pastexperience and I will be back soon for my next vehicle. More
