Think twice before buying a car at Hamilton Kia I bought a used 2017 Kia Soul (ad said 1 owner , it was a rental, I should have left then). Had to pay extra $499 for "ride green" (you have no choice I bought a used 2017 Kia Soul (ad said 1 owner , it was a rental, I should have left then). Had to pay extra $499 for "ride green" (you have no choice). When we didn't want to add the $1000 undercoating they weren't as friendly. Bought the car on a Wednesday traded my 2011 Kia Soul as part of the sale , when we came back Tuesday to pick up it was to be detailed, all they did was wash the outside and spray silicone on the tires. The salesman Shane acted so concerned, taking pictures and stating he will either get the dealership closer to where we live clean it for us or give us the money to have it done somewhere. (we came from out of town and were trading in my car so we couldn't leave it to get done, and all the paperwork was done for the ownership and insurance transfer. Shane didn't call the next day we first called the # on his business card and it didn't work. Went online to get the toll free #. He said that the dealership closer to us would not detail my car that he will be sending us a cheque. We called at least 4 times in the next couple of weeks and never heard from Shane again. My husband finally got hold of the financial department and found out nothing had been done. 2 weeks later, finally a $50 cheque arrived in the mail. A total insult. Detailing cost between $130-200. They were real friendly when we were buying the car but once the money was received they couldn't careless. I recommend staying away from this dealership. I must say though I love my Soul and will continuing owning one but will never go to the Hamilton dealership again. More

Service center are scam artists. I took my Kia which I purchased from this location in for them to look at the brakes since they were grinding. I was planning on getting my car back w I took my Kia which I purchased from this location in for them to look at the brakes since they were grinding. I was planning on getting my car back with a $300-$400 bill, but according to them, my Kia that had only 40,000 km on it needed a rad flush, timing belt replacement, all brakes to be done including machining the rotors. I ended up coming out of there with a $1500 bill. Found out from my friend who owns a Kia that the rad fluid and belt were good for at least another 40,000 km. On top of that, they didn't even set the timing right, so I've been getting detonation even on a flat road. Never will I step foot in that place again. Will probably go to the Burlington location instead. More

He answered all my questions and helped me make the right decision.I was then introduced to Shannon, who handled the finance aspect. He made that process smooth for me. The day of picking up my Sorrento,Matt went over all the features of the vehicle and some of them twice. I was shown the service department and met the staff who then let me know what to expect on service visits. I whole experience went smooth and I am happy to be part of the Kia family. More

Great service there and they told me I would only have to wait a couple of days - not eighteen days with nothing but empty promises to show for it. More
