Does car shopping have to be stressful and difficult? No! I hate car shopping. Hate it. The uncertainty of the haggling process, the false charm of sales staff... ugh. I'm so glad I found a car I liked at Kia of Hamilton, because unlike my experience at other dealerships I visited during this search, Jordan at KoH was friendly, helpful, and actually listened when I talked about my budget. On the financial side, Shannon was patient and thorough in explaining the numbers. I will definitely recommend this team to friends and family. More
Excellent Service. Better than I expected. We purchased a new 2017 Kia Sedona. There were some issues with the interior. I ended up speaking with the Service Manager Mike. He went above and We purchased a new 2017 Kia Sedona. There were some issues with the interior. I ended up speaking with the Service Manager Mike. He went above and beyond, and resolved my issue on the spot. Frankly, I don't expect this type of service any more. It was a pleasant surprise to know there are still people who know how to provide great customer service. Thanks Howard More

Haley was professional, friendly and asked us all the right questions to narrow down the kind of vehicle we wanted. She prepared the test drive and we fell in love with the car. When there was a glitch in the financing on our part, Nicole worked really hard to smooth over the issues in order to get the financing we needed. Overall the two girls we worked with were gems!!!! Would return to purchase another car in the future. More
Poor customer service I was disappointed in the quality of customer service I received during my last visit to Kia, so much so that I do not plan to return. I attempted to escalate my complaint to the service manager, who did not return my calls or voicemails for nearly 3 months until I finally threaten to escalate the issue further- and got an immediate response! I am so disappointed in how evasive and frustrating this process has turned out to be. Just goes to show you how little they care about their customers. More

I bought a 2017 Sorento. I found the people I dealt with very helpful and pleasant. When we left the lot with the new car the engine light went on and stayed on.
