Disgusting Language I was there for an oil change Fri July 20th and I am disgusted by the behaviour of the woman who works in service. Someone asked if she wanted food an I was there for an oil change Fri July 20th and I am disgusted by the behaviour of the woman who works in service. Someone asked if she wanted food and her response floored me, thank God my young son wasn't with me. Her reply was, and I quote, "I don't need any food look how fat my a** is getting!" She then proceeded to say, and I quote, " It is so f*****g hot I just want to get naked and go lay on the leather chairs in the service lounge." Not to mention there are camera back there as well. I manage an office and we have a zero tolerance policy, which most places do, against that type of disgusting language and behaviour. This has severely changed my opinion on Kia of Hamilton and I will be rethinking about servicing there and also making everyone I know aware of this! The lack of professionalism I have experienced at this dealership is bad enough but to have to listen to her carry on like that is not only offensive but also embarrassing. Of anyone wants to look into this it was between 2:30 and 3:30pm Friday July 20th. If I was the owner I would not be taking this lightly! How many other customers have had to put up with this that haven't complained??? Disgusting! More

Not only did they not do any of the extras I paid for they didnt even clean the car when I was to pick it up. Bought items from them and they sent me two different things in its place hoping I wouldn't notice. Steer clear of this place its not worth it. Yes they are nice but when things happen they stop answering the phones and act like you don't exist. Cowards, thieves and liars! To top it off found out one of the employees were fired from another dealership for lying and giving wrong o information leading to bad sales More

At the risk of sounding ironic, I didn't feel any of the stereotypical feelings that I feel when I walk into a car dealership. Haley was honest and worked very hard to help us get our vehicle that very same day and afternoon on short notice. I am pleasantly surprised with the service that I was given in purchasing my vehicle and would definitely return there first to buy another one before going anywhere else. :) More

My experience at Hamilton Kia Hello, I saw the new KIA Stinger at the NIAS in February. With the lease of my 2015 Lexus GS expiring and having returned the vehicle I was shopping f Hello, I saw the new KIA Stinger at the NIAS in February. With the lease of my 2015 Lexus GS expiring and having returned the vehicle I was shopping for a replacement. While pursuing Autotrader an ad popped up for the Stinger. I asked for more information and to arrange a test drive. Subsequently I received a text from Jordan Conti Friday afternoon introducing himself. We exchanged a few messages, I informed him of my interest and a lease quote was requested. He advised that he would work out the numbers and get back to me on Saturday. On Monday when I did not hear from him I sent another text at 4:16 PM and got the quote requested on Monday afternoon. I then inquired regarding a test drive for Wednesday afternoon. He replied that it was his bosses demo and he would check on availability for Wednesday. On Tuesday at 5:09 PM I again sent a text to see if all was arranged, I was told yes “what time in the afternoon” I replied 2 PM. Again no reply. Today I arrived at the dealer and everyone seemed shocked that I had an appointment and Mr. Conti was not available, nor was the Stinger available for a test drive. After waiting for 20 minutes my wife and I left the dealership. I thought to see if a vehicle purchase could be initiated through a text/internet, obviously this was a disaster. A motivated buyer left in the dark on two occasions, necessitating a nudge from the customer, and an terrible experience at a dealership that to me seemed disorganized and confused. At this point I will seek another dealer that will treat me with respect and work to earn my business. Overall I must conclude that in this situation your internet sales department needs much work. Bough a New Car! I recently bought a 2016 Kia Optima from Kia of Hamilton. Not only am I in love with the car, I fell in love with the service. Nicole Carobelli, the F I recently bought a 2016 Kia Optima from Kia of Hamilton. Not only am I in love with the car, I fell in love with the service. Nicole Carobelli, the Finance Service Manager went above and beyond for my husband and me. She is such a hard worker and it shows. She explained everything in a manner that was completely understandable and it was very helpful. I would 110% recommend Kia of Hamilton for the exceptional customer service. Koodos Nicole! I was so impressed with her salesmanship (even tho I was never able to buy a car from I have dealt with Melissa in the past (at another dealership). I was so impressed with her salesmanship (even tho I was never able to buy a car from her), that when I found out she moved to Kia, I knew I wanted to find her. She worked really hard to find me a vehicle I was happy with, in a price range that I could afford. She never tried to upscale me and respected that I had a strict budget.
