I was referred to Vinay Sachdeva at Kia of Brampton from a colleague since I was interested in checking out a 2015 KIA Soul EX+. Right from the beginning I felt like it was such an easy process mainly because of the low pressure, professionalism, knowledge and patience shown by Vinay. What so impressed me was that he was not pushy in any way but let me come to the best conclusion myself. I have always been either a Mini or Subaru fan but am now a KIA fan! I didn't purchase a brand new - but an almost brand new vehicle but it felt brand new after he ensured that any concern I had was taken care of, such as making sure the interior was spotless and even having the seats cleaned for me. After the deal was done and closed Neil spent about half hour to explain all the features of the vehicle, and hooked our cell phones to blue tooth....everything was set and explained well..
