Satisfying buying experience I began looking for a new car just before New Years. I had 3 vehicles in mind and set out to test drive them. My experience at Kia of Brampton was by far the best and Rajen who took me for a test drive was a pleasure to deal with. He answered every question I had with patience and demonstrated the total vehicle to me. As a result, a few weeks later I returned to that dealership to buy my new Kia Sorento EX+V6 and once again dealt with Rajen. Again he was great to deal with! He was fair and exceeded the deal I was looking for. I have never experienced that at a new car dealer before. It made the whole buying process very relaxed and non stressful. I would highly recommend this dealership and certainly would recommend Rajen as a sales representative. Even on delivery of my vehicle, he demonstrated everything again to me, took the time to answer all my questions, and assured me he would be there for me should I have any difficulties in the future. I had been to a previous dealership and immediately I could smell "sales sales sales" from a mile away with the rep I was dealing with. This was my first car, I was extremely nervous I was going to fall into the trap of the sales guys. Hesitantly, I went into Kia and was immediately helped by Neil. I cannot even begin to express how GREAT Neil was. Since it was my very first car, I had literately no idea what I was looking for. Neil, in essence, held my hand through the entire thing. He was so extremely knowledge about the car (my now, very own Kia Forte LX5). He was extremely patient with my back and forth second guessing self, and very attentive to all of my questions. I have never felt so comfortable in a "sales" environment, knowing I was going to get exactly what I had hoped for. He went over and beyond any customer service I could have ever hoped for. It was hands down the best experience I have ever had. Second when I arrived at the dealership I told him of my situation and he immediately informed me of all the options that I can get with their dealership, and insured me that such a situation would never happen there. Third Neil informed me of great discounts and made my decision in purchasing a car much easier. Any question I had he did not hesitate to answer. Fourth when test driving the car Neil assured that I knew about every feature the car gave. He also gave me safety tips on proper handling of the car, steering wheel, mirrors and foot rests. Once I decides to purchase the car Neil gave me contact information on insurance companies - whom I called and got great deals! Even after the purchase of the car we have kept in contact to assure that I am satisfied with my purchase!
