Also they returned my old plates and got my new ones.Like everyone else I lack free time, so thiis was very helpful and I didn't even have to ask...it was all done by my salesperson Mac. ( Thanks ) I picked up my car on time and is was spotlessly clean. Also the car had winter tires when I bought it. Mac had the winters put in the trunk and KIA installed brand new summer tires FREE of charge. I am extremely glad I went to Kia of Brampton. More
Smooth Talking Neil!!! We drove all the way from Keswick to look at a used vehicle. Neil talked to us about the pros of purchasing a new vehicle rather than a used vehicle & he had us "sold". He was wonderful to deal with, especially with our daughters. And our daughter named her new Kia Soul "Timmy" because Neil went to the Tim McGraw & Faith Hill concert the night before helping us. We would recommend Neil to anyone. The Kia is a great vehicle. Disappointed Car service In 2015 Bought Kia Sorento 2012 used, at the time of purchase finance guy pushed me and sold me rust protection device, expain all the benefits, I agr In 2015 Bought Kia Sorento 2012 used, at the time of purchase finance guy pushed me and sold me rust protection device, expain all the benefits, I agreet to install, do not rememer the cost, but it was costly. After 2 years in 2017, I noticed rust protection device both red and balck wire was not connected to battery. Went back and showed to service manager Paul, I said my car was running without that device, he said it does not matter it is there or not, my car will get rust anyway, I was shocked to hear that from manager, He said he will connect it not big deal, I asked him to give me some credit, he did not change fie service coar - $ 110, I thought it is good to share my experance here. Think before you buy this kind of device. More

Liars and salesman are well versed in scamming. Excuse my Google typing. I dealt with this dealership on Saturday that just passed. Manny the sales department head told me I had no choice but to buy Excuse my Google typing. I dealt with this dealership on Saturday that just passed. Manny the sales department head told me I had no choice but to buy accidental health insurance even though after I looked at the paperwork it says clearly if requested me being a trusting person accepted that I had to buy accident and health. Manny also said I needed to get life insurance which was also a lie it clearly states if requested. These two mistakes I must take some ownership by not reading but when somebody says verbally I have no choice I tend to believe people. Also found some other hidden fees they were not willing to tell me about. I will be dealing with Woodstock Kia closer to home. Manny also said I would get the best price at Brampton because they buy cars in higher volume and could get better deals. This is a total lie all Kias by their vehicles at the same price. More

Worst dealership ever This experience happened about 3 months back and it has taken me lot of patience and effort to write this review after the highly stressful experience This experience happened about 3 months back and it has taken me lot of patience and effort to write this review after the highly stressful experience i had at kia of brampton. I was interested in purchasing a 2016 kia optima sx turbo. I test drove the car and started negotiations. After my trade, the payments werent working out to be where i wanted them to be. As i was walking around the dealership i noticed a demo for sale. I asked neil and he said he could give me a great deal on it. This was the deal Demo: 238 bi weekly for 84 months @2.79% I decided to go ahead with the demo. Filled in the credit application and the wait began. No response for 2 days. No follow up from them had to keep calling the finance manager to get an update. He said he was facing difficulty getting an approval as my sin started with 9 (work permit, temp resident). Finally after 4 more days got a response saying that he was able to get me approved but there was a SLIGHT change. I went to the dealership where the finance manager started showing me all credit applications he was doing and showed me how difficult it is to get approved. This is when i understood that there is something wrong with the interest rate. He said he was able to approve me @ 8.62% for 96 mo and said my payment only increased a bit as he showed me the picture for 96 mo and started convincing me that its only a monthly bill of sorts and i would change the car very soon anyways. I asked for 84 months and thats when i saw the real picture. I would have paid close to 12 grand just in interest compared to earlier 4 grand. I declined to go ahead with the deal to which he kept dropping the payments lower and lower. He was dropping the price of the car to compensate for the higher interest rate. When i refused to agree neil sat down in front of me and said only i will be dealing with you now. He offered a take it or leave it deal at 255 bi weekly @ 5.7% to which i declined and he got up aggressively and said you can have your money back. When i kept going ahead with the refund process he started making fun of my car (which is just about a year old) by saying how i was gonna be back in it and when i still didnt fall for this cheap tactic he acted as if suddenly something went wrong with his system and he said i cant refund today come back after 2 days ( i believe he was checking if i would agree mid way). I came back for the refund where he and his manager started convincing me to take the deal with the exact same payment of 238 @ 4.74%. I asked for time to decide and would be back the next working day monday. Fast forward monday after much deliberation i decided to go against the deal as these guys werent giving discounts till they realised about my so called "credit situation". The numbers had changed so many times that i was literally left confused. Plus, if they were dropping the price so much it got me thinking about what the car would actually be worth in the near future (hint: nothing). I met neil and told him i want to cancel to which he said my job is only sales and everything after that has to be dealt with by the manager. So he made me sit with another manager sherwin who was an Outright rude and fraudulent person who said i cannot cancel the contract as sales are final and if the payment matches to original contract, even if the interest is different they can enforce the contract on me. He threatened me with legal action and refused to give my deposit and ownership back. He also went on to pass racist comments saying that this is not my country where i can do what i want this is canada. I had to contact omvic who were really helpful in this situation and told me to send a legal letter to them in order to get my money and ownership back. Within an hour of sending the email i recieved a call from sherwin who asked me to come to the dealership to pick up my money and ownership. What is funny is that they couldn't even do that right as they lost a part of my ownership and gave me their cars ownership by mistake which i pointed out and returned there and then. The attitude and anger levels were through the roof as sherwin didn't say a single word during the whole process. Hats off to kia of brampton's legal team, at least someone is doing their job right. Stay away from these guys as they believe in pressure sales tactics and go as far as to threaten legal action on you to buy their cars. They don't care about their client and all they are interested in is their margins and commissions. If you want a live demo of their real attitude just try saying no at the first time or say you need time to think, you will experience the quickest attitude and behaviour change of your life. To top it off these guys are racist as well. Also, I went on to buy a car of higher value from a much better luxury car brand at just 1.9% without any approval issues. Neither did I have any issues getting approved for my previous car. I believe these guys want to get you into loans that are of greater benefit to them (Read: Better commissions) The whole experience was highly confusing and stressful. I would recommend them if you want to experience a scary roller coaster ride without having to go to wonderland. More
Best customer service! A friend of mine was interested in test driving a Soul so I recommended this dealer which I have dealt with 5 yrs ago, so I went along for the ride. Mac was right there to help her out, took for a test drive etc. In the end I was the one that traded in my Soul for a new one, my friend is still thinking about it. He didn't harass, push etc which made me feel comfortable. Super friendly overall and a HUGE reason why I decided to buy it. Love the new ride Mac!! Thanks for everything. Went in because my engine light came on, brand new kia sportage, took them over a week to get the part in and had to fight them for a courtesy car , when it was finally done I noticed they scatched my front bumper so I told them to fix it, normally you should paint the whole bumper, even I requested it but only touched up the paint...really sloppy job and on top of the extra 5 days it took them...within ten minutes or less of driving the engine light came back on. WORST DEALERSHIP EVER ! More
