He went through all the features of the car, both interior and exterior. Needless to say, by the time we got back to the dealership, my daughter had made up her mind that the Kia Forte was it. Neil handled all the paperwork as effortlessly as he did the test drive and in record time. On the day of the pick-up, Neil went out of his way to accommodate our later pick-up time even though he had a personal commitment. Thank you, so much, Neil!! More

Long overdue THANKYOU This review is past due as I've been busy with work. About two weeks ago I contacted Kia of Brampton and spoke with the service manager Paul in regard This review is past due as I've been busy with work. About two weeks ago I contacted Kia of Brampton and spoke with the service manager Paul in regards to a unusual noise coming from the rear end of my 2015 Kia Sorento SX. Paul told me to bring it in at my convenience and he would have it checked out, I dropped the vehicle off on a Thursday ( I think ) and Paul told me he would have it fixed. The problem was the coupler on the rear part of the drive line and put one of his technicians ( Steve ) as he had already done similar work on another vehicle with the same issue. A rental vehicle was placed at my disposal as I had no other means of getting home and to and from work. A few days later Paul contacted me and told me that my vehicle had been repaired ( all warranty ). I return the rental vehicle and picked up my own vehicle, since then I have no issues with the vehicle and would like to commend Paul and Steve for repairing and returning my vehicle back to me in a timely manner. More

Exceptional service I purchased my 2015 Kia Sorento SX earlier this year and found the salesman Mac to be a true professional throughout the whole process, from the initi I purchased my 2015 Kia Sorento SX earlier this year and found the salesman Mac to be a true professional throughout the whole process, from the initial introduction to the final signing of the paperwork. He answered all my questions and put my mind at ease. I have taken my vehicle back to the dealership solely because the staff are friendly and in particular the service manager Paul has always been able to have my vehicle looked at, at short notice. My most recent interaction with Paul was one of a very professional and curtious one as I required a non OEM trailer wiring harness to be removed ( my fault not Kia Bramptons ) and to have a new wiring harness installed in its place. I called Kia and asked to speak to Paul and explained the position I was in and would it be possible to call in ? " no problem " said Paul and later that week true to his word I called in to have the old harness removed and a new placed on the vehicle. The technician ( Elvis ) even asked I wanted the old part back so as I could return it to the place where I purchased it, I replied if it's faulty then I'd have no use for it, Elvis and Paul suggested that it would make sense to take it back as I would be able to get my money back from the place I bought it as it wasn't that old and I would be able to get a full refund, again the staff at Kia going above and beyond taking the time to explain to a customer that they would be able to their money back. After the job was finished I thanked both Paul ( service manager ) and Elvis ( vehicle technician ) for doing the work not only in a timely manner but also taking the time to fit me in without an appointment. I live in Oakville and there is a Kia dealer near to me but I prefer to head to Kia Brampton as nothing seems to be a problem each and every time I've been there plus the friendly staff greet you with curtiousy and a professional attitude. My wife and I will be heading there soon so we can purchase a Kia Soul for her. I cannot say enough for the staff at Kia Brampton and would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for well maintained and large inventory of vehicles. More

The car buying experience can be stressful and for us it started out just that way. We were in various dealerships across Ontario as well as emailing dealerships looking for a dealership that gave us the best deal but more importantly a dealership that we felt comfortable with for the long term. We initially stopped in at the Brampton dealership and upon our first impression we were not to impressed. We had written the dealership off. It was out of our way anyways. My wife and I had found ourselves back at square one… We even thought about postponing our car hunt for a few months. After a small break - my wife called Neil at the Kia dealership in Brampton and he completely changed our minds. When we meet Neil he was very passionate about the product he was selling and very knowledgeable. He took his time with us and he made us feel like we were joining a family not just buying a car. Neil worked really hard at getting us the best price and went above and beyond. Before signing the papers he gave us a tour of the dealership and introduced us to the service department and the manager, everyone was warm and friendly. The Manager Shervin Ziaee was just as helpful as Neil was. He has also kept in contact with us just making sure we are happy and checking in to see if we had any questions. Neil was very personable and kind. I forgot to mention we were shopping for cars with a 9 month old in tow. Which was tricky at times but everyone at Kia Brampton was really patient and super accommodating to us. I can honestly say it was one of our best experiences that we have ever had at a dealership. We didn’t feel pressure or overwhelmed to buy a car. It was as close to a natural experience we’ve ever had, Thanks to Neil! If you are buying a Kia Please Please do yourself a favor and ask for Neil at Kia Brampton! He may end up changing your minds about the car buying experience as he did ours. More
