Great Experience at KIA of Brampton I have been a member of the Brampton Kia family since August 2005 with a purchase of new car and all of my service appointments. After 9 years, it came time to think about whether or not to purchase a new vehicle and I have to say that my experience at Brampton Kia was great. We went to look what Kia had to offer (seeing the inside of the car vs. just the outside driving down the road) and Sunil Suri came out to see if we had any questions and was not phased that I wanted to sit in several different vehicles in order to see which I liked. He was attentive, but not overbearing by wandering off to give us privacy, but magically appeared when I had a question. When I narrowed my decision down to the Forte5 & Soul, he gave me the brochures and told me if I had any questions to contact him and he would be happy to help. There was no pressure to purchase the car then and there. I then went to the service department to inquire and compare the cost of maintenance for both vehicles and again was not let down by the assistance I received. Kayla was happy to look up the service costs and answer all maintenance questions I had about both cars… and let me tell you there was quite a few. I decided on the Kia Soul, and Sunil spent all the time I needed to answer questions, and allow me time to assure myself that I was making the right decision. What impressed me the most about Brampton Kia (and several people I have talked to about my experience) was the delivery of my Soul. Sunil went thru a very extensive checklist to show me my vehicle, confirm everything was working, went for a test drive to ensure everything was in from a driving state, and the couple of times he didn’t know the answer to my many, many questions, he went and asked someone, so I knew right then and there. I left the dealership 2 hours later comfortable with my Kia Soul and all the features. Sunil did advise that I should read the manual to review everything and I read it quickly (the full one not the quick reference guide) as I already knew how everything worked (feature wise). I have to say he only missed one very minor thing which is pretty amazing!!! I would also like to take a moment and comment on Paul, Kayla, Amanda and the rest of the team in the Service Department. As much as buying a new car is stressful and Sunil did an excellent job making it easy; it is because of the Brampton Service department, that I couldn’t imagine buying anything besides a Kia, and would not go anywhere else besides Brampton Kia. All the staff in the Service Department are extremely friendly, competent, knowledgeable, and always happy to answer all my questions. I look forward to many more years dealing with you for regular service maintenance. More
