On a Tuesday morning we decided to drive up to the car mall in Brampton and were looking around. Cars looked good but we wanted to check out Kia Of Brampton and look around. While outside we were approached by a awesome sales rep (Neil) He was so knowledgeable and the most important - NOT pushy! He really did care about educating us on the car, the plans, and all the best options possible. He went back and forth with the finance manager Younis and tried to negotiate the best deals that would benefit me. I was declined by the bank but Younis made it happen. Neil contacted me to let me know the status of everything. Younis and Neil BOTH came in on their days off to finalize the paper work - Totally not necessary but definitely showed lots of qualities like ownership and team work. Neil was honestly incredible and made a stressful car buying experience AWESOME. Yousif was great because he pushed and pushed! Together they make a great team, individually they are both great! When I picked up the car, there was a bow on it (nice touch) Neil was there and took the time to show me all the features in the car and make sure I was happy!
