Scratched car on pickup Bought a new Soul and it was pouring rain when I picked up. There was no recourse and I wasn't impressed with the dealership. Once that happened, I stopped all service work with them. Would I buy another Kia? Yes Would I buy it from Brampton Kia? No way. Paul Kwong is a big part of the reason for this. He worked on the service desk for a long time before being promoted to service manager. Kayla and Amanda have a great deal of knowledge about cars and are always pleasant to deal with. While the great warranty Kia has was our original reason for buying a Kia the service department has kept me going back! More
