Great staff, honest people I did not purchase my vehicle from this store but I came here looking for pricing on some accessories because this was the closest Kia. I arrived at the dealership and I was instantly greeted by a salesman who kindly directed me to the parts department for my inquiry. After I was lead to the parts department, I was greeted by Josh. He was more than polite and patient with my numerous questions and gave clear and straight forward answers. I actually went to a kia dealer near my work and was quoted a much higher price than what Josh quoted me. I asked him why there was such a price difference? He kindly told me that he was just following what Kia Canada has instructed what the accessories were worth and the other dealer may have been mistaken. He also informed me that all the pricing for any accessory is posted on the Kia website. Honesty is very important to me and with kia Vancouver, I felt like I was in good hands. Josh is very knowledgeable and gave me better pricing on my accessories than other kia dealers. If you have any questions regarding your kia, I would recommend you talk to Josh! More

I called the Mini Dealer and was told they don't have any available appointment over the next coming week. So I brought my car to this nearby KIA dealer and surprised by their service and friendliness. I explained my situation to their fix operation manager Craig and he scheduled a full vehicle inspection and oil change at the same day! I never had a better and more professional dealership experience. Would always recommend it! More

During the test drive, Nav prompted me to try out the maneuvres that will help me test the features of the vehicles. Based on our requirements and the feedback he gathered from the features we liked/desired, he suggested the best vehicle for our family. Even though we did not go with a Kia vehicle this time, we strongly recommend Nav and Harry and the Kia Vancouver. More
