I recently had my car serviced this winter as my fluid seemed to be leaking from my car. I took it to Canadian Tire (huge mistake, I know) as it was the closest service repair shop to me, and they told me I needed to replace my transmission as I had blown it...I couldn't believe that as my car was running fine so, I took it to Kia Vancouver for a second opinion. Turns out all I needed was to replace my radiation cap.....my car is running excellent! More

Dave O'Bryne Sales manager I purchased a 2013 Kia Rio from Dave O'Byrne when he was working at Kia Vancouver. He gave me free oil changes while I owned the car. My first few w I purchased a 2013 Kia Rio from Dave O'Byrne when he was working at Kia Vancouver. He gave me free oil changes while I owned the car. My first few were done no problem. Then the the deal ended. I was told that I had to have all my services done at their shop (other than the oil changes). This was not stated at the time of purchase. We purchased our first Kia Sorento 3 years ago from Bojan - were so pleased with the product and his customer service we returned to buy a Sportage soon thereafter. When we needed to replace the Sorento recently (ICBC write-off) Bojan greeted us by first and last names though he hadn't seen us in years. Impressive! So refreshing to meet someone committed to doing his job so exceptionally well; he makes every effort to go above and beyond. We've had a few miscommunications with the Service department but generally they are good - Ashley is a star and we know all will go well when she's on the case! Happy to recommend the Kia products and Bojan and Ashley! More

Great Customer Service When it was time to purchase a new vehicle, we new we wanted something brand new, not just new to us, and we new we wanted a Kia, however, a lack of c When it was time to purchase a new vehicle, we new we wanted something brand new, not just new to us, and we new we wanted a Kia, however, a lack of customer service at a different location made us a little hesitant with the process. We decided to give the Vancouver location a try to see if the experience would be any different. We were immediately greeted upon entering the lot - even in the rain - and were told that someone would be right out to help us; we ended up getting lucky, and having Phil come out. We were upfront with Phil about what we wanted, and what we knew we didn't need. We had really just come to test drive the Rondo to see how it compared with the Soul, which we had already fallen in love with at the previous dealership. Phil was more than happy to show us both the Rondo and the Soul, simultaneously, and talk us through their differences. Once we realized that we were only interested in the Soul, we talked more about the things that we wanted (smart key, push button start), and didn't want (the panoramic roof, navigation). Instead of trying to sell us on the things we weren't looking for, Phil immediately told us about the few remaining 2014 Soul Special Editions that checked all of these boxes. We weren't necessarily thrilled with the colour choices left, and were figuring out which one we could deal with, when Phil did some digging, and found the last remaining blue and white two-tone left in BC, that he was going to have it brought down from Prince George. When we were doing the financial side, Brock came over to let us know that the car was listed as a demo, but there was one left in Calgary that they were going to look into getting brought down. This all happened on a Tuesday night, and by Thursday night, they had managed to get the Soul down from Calgary, and put us in it. We also dealt with Jodi for the signing of the papers, and she made what has been a very stressful process in the past actually kind of fun. When we told her that we didn't need certain things, she didn't push, which we really appreciated. She has a really nice demeanor, and was great at explaining things. We cannot say enough good things about the entire experience, and everyone involved. It's safe to say we are now a Kia family, and when it's time to upgrade, we will be heading back here. More
