It was the best overall car buying experience I've ever had. I used Unhaggle.com to confirm the invoice cost of the car and was able to work out a great deal with him and the sales manager Brock. Without a doubt this is the best Kia dealership I've dealt with up to now and I would easily recommend them to anyone. This is the kind of professional customer service that I have not seen anywhere and these people really work for your business, but are never pushy or forceful in any way. Everything is taken care of promptly and efficiently. The whole experience is seamless and in my mind this is how it should be when you are making a major purchase of this kind. More

AWESOME!!! I just recently purchased a 2014 Kia Rio from Bojan. Which I just Love and I am so happy that I called Kia vancouver so concerned and I was able to sp I just recently purchased a 2014 Kia Rio from Bojan. Which I just Love and I am so happy that I called Kia vancouver so concerned and I was able to speak and have all my questions answered in such a timely, proffesional manner. I had received a call from applewood nissan saying that I was pre approved for a new vehicle and to come in to pick out my new car and to lower my interest and get me into a new car. I was a bit excited but confused as to why why applewood nissan was calling me as that was not where I purchased my old car from. To make a long story short. I was concerned but I also wanted a new car and a Kia. So I called Kia vancouver and spoke with Bojan. It turns out that there was some shady business going on with the other company who was calling me and I was really uncomfortable with even speaking to appelwood again. After speaking with Bojan he listened to my wants and my needs with purchasing a new vehicle. He was able to give me a new car and give me an interest rate that blew me away. Bojan is a professional, well spoken sales associate who cares about his clients. I'm not sure where I will go if Bojan were to leave the car business if I ever need another car because there is no other sales associate that I will trust after Bojan. I suggest anyone who is looking for a great car, great prices and affordable and wanting a trusting, knowledgeable and proffesional sales associate that you can trust to go to Kia vancouver and to see Bojan. I will not go to another sales associate and I will refer all my family and friends to him! After speaking with Bojan and working out all the figures and details he had everything prepared and ready for me by the next day. I didn't have to wait for my car it was clean and washed full tank of gas! It was such an amazing experience! It felt good inside to know that I wasn't being taking advantage of! Thank you Bojan! This was my first car buying experience and he made it really comfortable and easy for me. Bojan was patient, explained everything to me and was transparent about everything. Cory Dieno, the sales manager, gave me a great price without any hassle. I had a great experience here and I absolutely love my car. SERVICE 2 weeks after I bought my car, I ran a flat tire that was irreparable and had to be replaced. The service department told me that I would be charged for it, which made no sense because I had just bought the car. So I called Bojan Barisic, my sale rep and I told him what the problem was. He said he’d take care of it and I wasn’t charged anything! I was supposed to get my car that day, but the service department didn’t get the tires in time, so Billy Villiman, who was the service guy I was dealing with apologized for having the car late and offered to drive the car back to my house and they did! Now THAT’S customer service. OVERALL Kia Vancouver is a great car dealership! They really know how to take care of their customers. It’s really unbelievable how far they will go for great customer service. I'm so glad to have bought my car here! More

Traded September 24,2014 my 2012 to 2014 Kia Optima Hybrid.Arriving home I realized I forgot in old car my Rayban sunglasses and hi end LED flashli Traded September 24,2014 my 2012 to 2014 Kia Optima Hybrid.Arriving home I realized I forgot in old car my Rayban sunglasses and hi end LED flashlight.Call sales person Julius and was told don't worry everything will be fine.Next morning return to dealership and surprize-someone "cleaned it up" and they have no idea who did that.No apologies,no attempts to find person who responsible for that loss(roughly $200). Absolutely disappointed and still have no satisfaction. More
Amazing professional customer focused service! Jason is the internet sales manager at Kia Vancouver and I had the pleasure of working with him on an amazing deal. I contacted several other dealersh Jason is the internet sales manager at Kia Vancouver and I had the pleasure of working with him on an amazing deal. I contacted several other dealerships via email and he was the first one to respond. I requested a "drive out" quote and he was more than happy to provide that to me. Other dealers would always try to get me to come in because that would give them the upper hand. Jason provided me will all the information I needed and extras to sweeten the deal. I hate haggling, especially in person where the dealer will either try to pressure you or give you ridiculous numbers because you don't have access to any information right then and there to research. Dealing with him online was a totally new and great experience where he provided me with information and I was able to research on my computer at my leisure and come to my own conclusions. He also gives tips and suggestions on what colour is better and why, whether it's better to buy certain accessories elsewhere, watching out for certain things, and other really important information that I wouldn't have know if he didn't tell me. He really did educate me on a lot of things on buying a car and because of him I feel more confident and assured when making the decision. Other dealers will trash talk other dealers saying how they will screw you over and that they are the "best" and some are even misleading, saying that they'll give you a huge discount but turning out in the end it's not even half that discount. It came down to 2 dealerships which I was communicating via email at the end. Another dealer actually gave me a better price (not by much) so I mentioned it to Jason. He thought he lost the deal and even told me I should take the other deal but was very humble and nice about it and said it was a pleasure talking to me and providing me with information. In the end even though the other dealer actually gave me a slightly better price, he was very "sales minded" so I decided to go with Jason because of his excellent service, his "customer first" philosophy, and his no pressure ways. I DEFINITELY knew I made the right choice when I wrote back to the other dealer saying that I had made a deal. He responded back by saying sarcastically "Thanks for a massive waste of time, enjoy your Kia Rio". I mean, WOW, isn't it your JOB to provide information and quotes for a sale? That was REALLY unprofessional and uncalled for. Jason, on the other hand, was very humble and respective. I would give Jason 10 stars if I could! If you are looking into buying a Kia you should definitely go to him. He is the best in the business and my experience with him proved that. More
