KIA SOUL - PAINT (RUST AFTER ONLY 3 YEARS) READ AND BE AWARE 2011 KIA SOUL - BLUE - 62,299KM: ALREADY TO RUST AT 2 PLACES. Services MGR said that I was past the 60,000KM. I explained to him that the customer representative said to come in at any time, no booking necessary and that the manager wasn't on holidays. I went twice to see the manager and he had left earlier and that's what I explained. Then he said that in his computer, that the warranty for the paint is 3 yrs. I've even took extended warranty, but the paint is not covered. I was told that I had to take care of it myself. They've asked me where I park my car and I said outside; so they couldn't tell me why and that was the end of it. I've told them that I've had FORD, GM and HYUNDAI and that I've never experienced anything like that. To top that, they've really showed no interest at all. I've contacted the KIA CORPORATE and they've told me that they can't tell Kia what to do, as they are only an intermediate for complaints, because they are NOT a head office and KIA doesn't have a head office NEVER AGAIN KIA. I'll make sure that this goes in the CONSUMER REPORT. AND by the way, they almost give anything on your vehicle if you want to buy a new one, SO THAT MEANS THAT THEY DON'T, EVEN THEMSELVES, HAVE A GOOD RATING FOR THEIR VEHICLES. More
Talk about a Run-around Wow...talk about no communication. I made a cash deposit on a new car, but changed my mind, so I cancelled the deal. Trying to get that deposit back was complete and utter disrespect for their customers. I was told 3 times that my refund cheque was ready for pick up. 3 times I drive 28 kilometers to be told there is no cheque. No explantion, no apology...just no cheque. Worst dealership I have ever had to deal with. I should have read the online reviews before I went to see them. I finally did get my deposit back....after a week and several phone calls and email. Stay very far away. More

Navi was wonderful to deal with and I would highly recommend going to him if you are looking to buy a KIA car. He has the personality and the patience that puts you at ease to ask all the questions you have in making a big purchase and he answers them honestly and accurately. He was attentive to what I was looking for and helped me buy what I wanted. Navi was always prompt in responding to my messages and very reliable. He really is an asset to the business. More

I told him he can't give me money saved on taxes as if it was his. it was mine to start with. needs money to pay staff to install options cost of option don't cover labour. take off some options. I explained all options are the same as what I have on trade in and summer tires on rims in back have only 3,000 km on them. So after being insulted for the 10th time I asked for my Keys back. went to Bank Street KIA after a test drive and review of our trade we purchased the same vehicle with all options better hey I was looking for. double the trade and doubling the tax saving. Krystof was outstanding and a perfect gentleman. it was not an act right through the complete experience to delivery. So run from 417 and go to Bank Street More

Horrible service department, management is unethical Bought the car, then had buyers remorse, they presented me with a letter stating I would owe them over $4,000.00 in damages if I did not complete the Bought the car, then had buyers remorse, they presented me with a letter stating I would owe them over $4,000.00 in damages if I did not complete the deal. I counter offered $500 for their trouble, but they would not have any part of it. Sent other emails and mail to them about their shoddy service department. Left car one day for oil change came back 8 hours later and it didn't even get in to their service department, hold on they said we can get it done real quick. Wrong thing to say to me. Left. Returned only one other time for warranty work, one of my spark plugs was fouled by engine shampoo done elsewhere, they quote over $800.00 to replace wires and plugs without even plugging the ECM in to the computer. Went to a Toyota dealer who quickly diagnosed fouled plug change it for $119.00 Never go near this place. More
Dealer is unethical... On 2014 08 29, I dropped into dealer to check on numerous outstanding items that require repair. One is an outstanding safety recall I've been waiting for for months due to a backorder. Item one; I was surprised to find out Kia does not honor rust repair under their warranty program. I have rust coming from under my windshield and the dealer argued with me rather than telling me the truth that Kia Canada does not cover rust repairs. Item: 2 I never got around too, as they walked away from me in the parking lot....stating it my problem....heres a quote of $1500 for repair. Remaining items I discussed over email in previous days, such as parts falling off my Kia, which they were suppose to have fixed months earlier. kia 417 response: Not our problem. Safety recall issue, they stated I have never been inquiring on the issue. Which is not true as I have documentation which proves otherwise. And then the audio unit which they first said had not record of me telling them the unit needed replacement, then stated replacement would not fix my issue (I think that was sarcasm on their part) and finally stated they ordered the part....it came in....and they called me. I have never been called or emailed by the dealer. I actually have been calling them regularly, however now kia stated that my 5 year warranty does not cover the audio unit....thats 3 years which is now expired. Basically, they said case closed. I then will be opening a case with the OMVIC against the dealer. Hopefully ethics prevails. I would compare dealer ratings to other kia dealers in Ottawa prior to working with Kia 417. As for corporate Kia.....the dealer even mocked me when I requested corporate contacts.....he never provided them to me only kia.ca Which does not have any contact list. More
Horrible experience We were looking at purchasing a 2014 Kia Soul, Arash was friendly at first and helpful to give us a test ride. Once negotiation started that is when everything went wrong. We were negotiating over email and phone. At one point Arash told me that I should be a investigative reporter! All this because I was pointing some facts of the car price and comparing to other competitors vehicles. This is email was insulting and not very professional if he was insulted from my offer her should just say it outright instead of trying to be funny. I am not his friend or buddy! The sale manager got involved and didn't really apologized from Arash behaviour. Linda made us an offer that was above the MSRP, insults number two. Kia 417 will only seels car above MSRP and good luck having some professional customer service. Stay away. More

I was told that the deal I proposed looked good to the sales manager but they wanted to see the trade. With that info I sent my wife there alone (big mistake). Now she had been there before and met Mike (whom she met before on a test drive). Mike was great and friendly and she really liked him. However she then met the sales manager Wali. I'd say the visit was a waste of time. Wali low balled our trade in and did not negotiate at all on the price of the vehicle. He offered $4000 more than what was discussed in the email and would not budge. My wife left and we are entertaining offers elsewhere. More
This is the Kia dealership to buy from! Bought a Soul and absoultely love it!!! Had to wait a bit longer than what I would have liked, but I wanted white and was willing to wait for it. Stephanie was really great about keeping me updated on when my vehicle would arrive and got it ready for me earlier than promised. I would definitely recommend going to see her if you are going there. More
