I picked up my first car last week from Stephanie and was very impressed with the way I was treated. As a first time buyer I was nervous and brought my parents along to help. I have been going here for quite some time, and it has been going downhill fast. I bought my new van at this location because the service department was so good.. My van is now 2 years old and the service department is a whole new thing. I have had my car in 4 times in 2 months. First they blamed me for not maintaining my vehicle properly, no power steering fluid, then the next month they LOOKED, and found a leak in the tube and hose assembly and clamped it while ordering parts. They eventually replaced the assembly, and 12 days later it was empty again. I tried to allow them to fix the problem they have yet to deal with, and they are happy to get my car in, as long as I sit in their waiting room for 4 or more hours. I am not as important as others, there is no possible way for me to get a shuttle, as it is tire season. I was actually told this. Bridgette said she was happy to get my car in, but it is TIRE SEASON. There is no reality check for them that this has been going on for well before tire season began, and that they are not fixing a problem that they have already failed at 3 times. More
My wife went to look at a Kia Soul. They quoted her $3000 above the price on their own website and then acted surprised at the discrepancy. When looking at our car for trade-in, they offered 5% of the blue book value and refused to budge -- even when she pointed out that they were only offering slightly more than the cost of the gas currently in the tank. They were astonishingly untrustworthy. Avoid at all costs. More

Love my new Sportage and am so happy to have met and dealt with Wali. He was patient and we were able to come to an agreement on a price quickly and efficiently. I had been to another Kia store but th dealt with Wali. He was patient and we were able to come to an agreement on a price quickly and efficiently. I had been to another Kia store but they were very agressive and didn't really listen to me. Don't go to this dealership. Currently writing a complaint with OMVIC. They add a lot of expenses to the bill that they do not explain as optional such as their security fee. Make sure you ask the sales person what is legally essential and was is optional in terms of fees when buying your car. The other issue involves cash back deals. If there is a cash back deal make sure you stipulate that you will negotiate the price of the car and then discuss how you will accept the cash back. In our case the sales rep and manager did not indicate either verbally or in writing that this cash back money was already applied while negotiating a price. More
