Love my new Sportage and am so happy to have met and dealt with Wali. He was patient and we were able to come to an agreement on a price quickly and efficiently. I had been to another Kia store but th dealt with Wali. He was patient and we were able to come to an agreement on a price quickly and efficiently. Don't go to this dealership. Currently writing a complaint with OMVIC. They add a lot of expenses to the bill that they do not explain as optional such as their security fee. Make sure you ask the sales person what is legally essential and was is optional in terms of fees when buying your car. The other issue involves cash back deals. If there is a cash back deal make sure you stipulate that you will negotiate the price of the car and then discuss how you will accept the cash back. In our case the sales rep and manager did not indicate either verbally or in writing that this cash back money was already applied while negotiating a price. More
