They Blew head gasquet on my Car Kia Forte 2014 , they did want to give me anything for the car by blowing the head gasquet it was forcing me to buy new car. I bring it in for small knocking noise next thing you know im going home with A blown head gasquet I should have known they were all avoiding me when I came to pick up my car they were all hiding brind the indoor cars and offices and wouldn't come talk to me they just sat and avoided me the whole time. it was making a noise because oil changers hogs back add put in syntetic oil my motor was louder the week befor ei brought it to kia I went to mr lube to change oil to normal oil , my oild was fine after picking my car up at kia I add prestone in my oild. its very obviouse they add reved it up so high it blew the head gasquet they wanted to replace a lower block at 1600 with 50 000 Km on it again they tried to foold me I found whole motor with 50 000 KM on it at 1500$ they wanted to change me 12 hrs of labour to install it BUYER BEWARE these guys will stop at nothing to make money all at your expense. They tried to sell me a new SUV they did 4 credit check even after they said I was approved they were just wanting on answer form bank they were still doing more credit checks thanks got a add credit alert setup I was able to catch them in the act. at the end when to my old dealership the one I can trust got my Kia Sportage from him great rates also lower payment then Kia417 was offering. All around Kia 417 is a BAD place to go for service and to buy a new car not recommended anyone go there ever. More

Ils sont respectueux, compréhensifs et assurent la satisfaction complète de leurs clients. Ils sont à l'écoute, et on est capable de constater qu'ils veulent vraiment satisfaire le client. I was totally misled They knew it was my first car, and the person who was with me never bought a new car. We asked for specifics features and the sales man who was a new They knew it was my first car, and the person who was with me never bought a new car. We asked for specifics features and the sales man who was a new sales rep told us we could get this with the luxury packages. We told him we could get everything we wanted with the chevrolet cruze. Than he went to asked to another sales rep and they told us we could get everything for a small amount more. He obviously new nothing about their cars. On the worksheet he gave me there was no equipment listed and on his there were. I signed the papers trusting them when I got into the car I realized I had no electric seat and no press button. I went back in the office they told me it was too late as I signed the papers and they force me to take the car. At that time I didn't know I could leave it there. When I got home I realized they were no winter tire. I contact their GM Linda Carriere who only offered me the winter tire for an half of the price.... After all they had done they should had offered me it for free. She wasn't willing to deal and she took the side of hers sales rep even if I sent her the proof that on my worksheet their was nothing listed. They took advantages of me and my poor knowledge of cars...I felt like if I have been ripped...Never go there they are snake. More

Beware A couple of years ago, I took my Rondo in for warranty repair on AC that failed. This dealership refused to honour the warranty saying that a tiny roc A couple of years ago, I took my Rondo in for warranty repair on AC that failed. This dealership refused to honour the warranty saying that a tiny rock had damaged the AC so KIA was not on the hook. Have heard others getting the same story from this dealer. More recently, I stopped by to test a new Rondo. (Was picking my wife up nearby). Parked it in plain view near the doors and identified it to the sales staff. Went for the test drive. On retuning they wanted to assess my Rondo for trade purposes but there was no time for me to do so. Curiously, I started up my Rondo and the "check engine" light was on. It had never ever been on before nor has it been on since. Strange eh? I had not put gas in recently but went out and tightened up the gas cap. Light went out. My suspicions were rising. When seeking to trade at another dealership later on I noticed that one of the primary questions is whether or not there are any "check engine" lights on. They use it to lessen the value of the trade in. I think one should keep a close eye on this dealership. Gas cap is easily accessible in these cars. More
KIA SOUL - PAINT (RUST AFTER ONLY 3 YEARS) READ AND BE AWARE 2011 KIA SOUL - BLUE - 62,299KM: ALREADY TO RUST AT 2 PLACES. Services MGR said that I was past the 60,000KM. I explained to him that the customer rep 2011 KIA SOUL - BLUE - 62,299KM: ALREADY TO RUST AT 2 PLACES. Services MGR said that I was past the 60,000KM. I explained to him that the customer representative said to come in at any time, no booking necessary and that the manager wasn't on holidays. I went twice to see the manager and he had left earlier and that's what I explained. Then he said that in his computer, that the warranty for the paint is 3 yrs. I've even took extended warranty, but the paint is not covered. I was told that I had to take care of it myself. They've asked me where I park my car and I said outside; so they couldn't tell me why and that was the end of it. I've told them that I've had FORD, GM and HYUNDAI and that I've never experienced anything like that. To top that, they've really showed no interest at all. I've contacted the KIA CORPORATE and they've told me that they can't tell Kia what to do, as they are only an intermediate for complaints, because they are NOT a head office and KIA doesn't have a head office NEVER AGAIN KIA. I'll make sure that this goes in the CONSUMER REPORT. AND by the way, they almost give anything on your vehicle if you want to buy a new one, SO THAT MEANS THAT THEY DON'T, EVEN THEMSELVES, HAVE A GOOD RATING FOR THEIR VEHICLES. More
Talk about a Run-around Wow...talk about no communication. I made a cash deposit on a new car, but changed my mind, so I cancelled the deal. Trying to get that deposit back was complete and utter disrespect for their customers. I was told 3 times that my refund cheque was ready for pick up. 3 times I drive 28 kilometers to be told there is no cheque. No explantion, no apology...just no cheque. Worst dealership I have ever had to deal with. I should have read the online reviews before I went to see them. I finally did get my deposit back....after a week and several phone calls and email. Stay very far away. More

He has the personality and the patience that puts you at ease to ask all the questions you have in making a big purchase and he answers them honestly and accurately. He was attentive to what I was looking for and helped me buy what I wanted. Navi was always prompt in responding to my messages and very reliable. He really is an asset to the business. More

I told him he can't give me money saved on taxes as if it was his. it was mine to start with. needs money to pay staff to install options cost of option don't cover labour. take off some options. I explained all options are the same as what I have on trade in and summer tires on rims in back have only 3,000 km on them. So after being insulted for the 10th time I asked for my Keys back. went to Bank Street KIA after a test drive and review of our trade we purchased the same vehicle with all options better hey I was looking for. double the trade and doubling the tax saving. Krystof was outstanding and a perfect gentleman. it was not an act right through the complete experience to delivery. So run from 417 and go to Bank Street More
