Brutal Hi. I am writing to share my disgust with your service receptionist and shuttle system I can understand from time to time that things do not wor Hi. I am writing to share my disgust with your service receptionist and shuttle system I can understand from time to time that things do not work out smoothly to provide your customers with expedient service What I can't understand is a company that doesn't do anything about its short comings in service I at this moment have my truck in for service and was penciled in for a courtesy ride home. After being given a cab voucher for a cab called and hadn't arrived in 45 minutes of waiting, I asked your snark receptionist (the woman wearing a red shirt), what's the deal with the cab. Instead of helping with an answer, she simply said 5-10 minutes and dismissed any further response. The shuttle had returned and shuttled others who had signed up AFTER me. Does this make sense? After 3 new vehicles in 5 years, is this how it is there? I am now out of pocket 25 bucks for a cab I had to arrange If this is how it is going to be EVERY time I come there, I'll be writing a letter to ford directly I did have interest in another vehicle. That's all but gone. Done. Very dissatisfied ! I'll shop elsewhere More
Pushy sales Went in to look for a vehicle. Made it very clear was just interesting in browsing and would like to walk to the lot for different colors and ideas. Went in to look for a vehicle. Salesman makes you sit down and fill out this standard questionnaire so they can find the right vehicle for you. Fine, I'll play along but I didnt have alot of time this visit. Disappears for quite a while, then suddenly comes back with a window sticker for a truck. Here's what you want he says, what's it going to take to close the deal right now? Not sure how we went from just browsing, to trying to make a deal but he kept pushing. Couldnt really understand how I didnt want to buy RIGHT NOW... Then of course grabs the sales manager to discuss the deal. Seriously, had he just accepted the fact that I was indeed just browsing and planned to return when I had more time I might have come back, but their pushy sales turned me right off. More

I was trading a vehicle that had 80000 km and they tried to sell me one with 90000.?????? Seriously???? The vehicle I inquired about was 18000 km but every time I asked where it was the story quickly changed and he had to go and check something out. I needed a co-signer and when we got to the dealership for our "appointment" found out that my CO signer was actually the ONLY one on the loan and Lee tried to tell us that I would be on the title and registration and my daughter would be the only one on the loan. When I said "that makes absolutely no sense" If my name is on the registration, I can walk out of here, sell the vehicle and she's stuck with the loan"....again, Lee tried to quickly change the subject. When he brought back 3 sets of keys for vehicles with 90000, 80000 and 50000 respectively I told him flat out....I told you from day one I want one with less than 20000 and I want the 18000 km one that I inquired about. He NEVER once said it was sold, just tried to talk me into another one. When he came back again, I told him "just forget it" "I'm not buying a vehicle and having someone else on the loan and my name not even be on it" He got up and walked away saying out loud "Why didn't you just say that in the first place" !!!!!!!! Seriously???? Not 10 minutes after leaving the dealership he called to apologize because someone "forgot" to put both names on the application.....LIES LIES LIES.....RUN from these guys...... More

Was dealing with Gavin but he was tied up so handed me to his partner. She lost a deal in 5 minutes. I walked out. WILL not recommend this dealership. More
Everything you hate about a car dealership Pathetic customer service. Been lied to not once, not twice but on 3 different trips to look at a car, although we clearly stated to cut the b.s. We were promised the exact specs we had wanted in a car and were told to come for a test drive, only to find a totally different car each and every time. Arrogant sales staff & management. When raising a stink and voicing our displeasure, one of the sales manager sweet-talked us in giving them another try. So we did, and got shafted once again, with the very same sales manager looking right through us as if he did not know us from 2 days earlier. Arrogance from floor staff to management, the only decent & respectful individual was the finance guy. We did get sucked in and make a purchase after all, so we are to blame (got a fair price, though). Based on the atrocious customer service, and all the hassle we went through I cannot recommend this or any other GO Auto dealership. More
Not so friendly I bought my truck there. It was broken into and I needed the driver door lock replaced. Was told there was a 3 month wait if done through insurance. G I bought my truck there. ( ?!?! ) Had the right rear fender/ panel replaced after my truck was hit by another driver. A few years later the paint had formed bubbles and was falling off in large pieces. Was told they'd fix it at no cost but the truck had to be there for a week. Everyone from the parts driver to the service guys to the body shop people ALL had a bad attitude. Never smiled. LOOKED at me and TALKED to me like I was an ANNOYANCE. My experience buying the truck there was to say the least, interesting. A series of mind games between the sales guy and his manager with sales guy running back and forth to his manager every time I said No, that's not what I want. I want this truck for this price. No, I don't want the full load. No I don't want leather. No I don't want automatic transmission. Just need the truck for deliveries. Was finally told they didn't have what I wanted so I said fine, I'll go elsewhere. Miraculously the sales guy drives up in the very truck I want as I was walking off the lot. Games. Not to sure about letting them re-paint the panel because I fear there WILL be a charge for something regardless of being told it was free because I have read other reviews here about body work and none of them got out of there with out having to pay some large amount. They've phoned, e-mailed and sent out letters trying to get me to trade in my truck ( which is already paid off ) for a new full size with all the bells & whistles. I simply said no. More
