As a returning Go Auto customer, I thought the experience would have been the same as when I purchased my F-150.... Guess not. Awful experience We went in to enquire about a Ford Edge and they showed me an escape for some strange reason after we cleared that up we looked at a few 2016 Ford Edg We went in to enquire about a Ford Edge and they showed me an escape for some strange reason after we cleared that up we looked at a few 2016 Ford Edges we test drove the one we liked and went inside to make a deal after around an hour or more of negotiating and the salesman running back and fourth to his manager we came to an agreement that we liked and made sense this took a total of nearly four hours by the time we went through finance. We arranged to come back the following day at an agreed time to sign the papers and collect the car when we got there it wasnt cleaned and had no gas, in a brand new SUV. They had to take it somewhere to get cleaned while all this was happening we were made wait in the lobby until the salesman got back with our Edge. After he got back we then went into finance to sign the papers and go home this is where we felt under pressure to take out all the extended warranty at an extra 170 bi weekly, completely ridiculous and after we said no they finance guy got really frustrated think his name was dale or something like that. The whole process form seeing the SUV to collection took around 9 hours plus when we got home the touchscreen was scraped and we were told it was a V6 numerous times and it's definitely not. I don't mind that it's not a v6 but the fact they didn't even know what they are selling was the worst More
Scammers and Thieves Great vehicle, horrible experience, professional scam artists at work , made me pay for custom tires, and pay for stock tires , and stole my stock ti Great vehicle, horrible experience, professional scam artists at work , made me pay for custom tires, and pay for stock tires , and stole my stock tires and refuses to answer my calls or return, manager is shady, improperly installed my custom tires, car was shaking on highway, almost swerved off road and hit a semi truck, called them continuous times, just found out by ford that they also sold me a defective custom tire and did not balance properly, will be sending this and a letter to ford motors, BBB, google reviews, and yellow pages to know how shady they are. Asa Thomas, my sales AND finance guy was the first sales person I've dealt with at a car dealership that actually knew all of the features etc of the vehicles he is selling. RARE. And he was as quick as he could be with the whole process. Had a few extras thrown in because the truck I wanted had some mileage to it, and I wanted new. Free backup sensors, free remote start. I see a lot of negative reviews for this dealership, but I really didn't get that vibe when I went in. I guess the trick is to know what you want beforehand, know what you want to spend (and know that you may need to be flexible), and your process will be pretty painless. And to save everyone the trouble, make sure you are very clear on whether or not your budget is flexible, and that if they cannot find what you want within your budget, that you WILL walk away. They put a rubberized under spray under the truck without first washing the mud off, so they sprayed over the mud. They tried to fix it, service manager said that is the best he can do. Still had mud underneath the rubber coating. Installed mud flaps on the front of the truck with two screws to the fender, had one blow off on the highway, damaging the side of the truck. The cup holders were gross and sticky when I bought it, every time I went to pick it up they said they would detail that, but never did. So glad they bought the truck back. I wish no one would ever have to deal with what I did. Please do your research before you buy a vehicle, check over the work they do. Record your conversations by emails to protect yourself. More

Bad customer service Never ever try kentwood Ford for what so ever reason...... Went there and told them my budget was $15000-25000.... The salesman Aarron Murphy agreed.. After sweet talking me to different options they ended up landing me to $29700 which is $5000 above my budget..... I told them that let me check with my insurance see if I will get a good deal.....my insurance was too high and returned to them that I changed my mind will not be getting the car .... The so called Aarron Murphy become very rude to me saying go away!!!! and trying to humiliate me.... I have never seen such an attitude for centuries....don't go close to these guys More
