There's no better place to buy a car. I really don't get why there's so many bad reviews on here. I've never had an issue with kentwood ford and if I didn't like the price I went elsewhere I really don't get why there's so many bad reviews on here. I've never had an issue with kentwood ford and if I didn't like the price I went elsewhere. I've bought 4 vehicles from kentwood ford and I had an amazing experience for all of them. Each time I was given a loaner while they got my car or truck ready and if I had any issues they addressed them right away. My salesman has always been Bobby, I have to say he's put up with a lot of crap from me and he still helps me, he is by far the best salesperson I have ever delt with and I would and have recommended him to friends and family he makes life so much easier I walk in and explain what I'm looking for and he finds it, he doesn't try to sell me something I don't want. Well what I can say from experience is ive delt with several dealerships in the city but kentwood is the best from the courteous reception, the inviting management and great sales there's no reason to go anywhere else and I know I never will. More

Horrible place My husband was looking for a new truck. Stopped in and told salesperson just looking.. 3 days later they phoned him. Said they did credit check and My husband was looking for a new truck. Stopped in and told salesperson just looking.. 3 days later they phoned him. Said they did credit check and brought truck in for him. My husband never authorized this and was so upset he complained. The salesperson is no longer there. W bought a truck several weeks later at shutter dealership. Today a manager called him and teamed him out for having then do credit check and bring in truck. Even after my husband explained again what happened they still treated him like crap. More

As a professional hunting guide, I need a reliable vehicle that can get the tough jobs done. I stepped into a brand new F150, and ended up having a flawless season guiding waterfowlers for 2 consecutive months. Its now been 6 months, and they call me out of the blue, just to ask how I'm doing, How my trucks running? And when they recommend to get it serviced, They've been very helpful & friendly. I will continue to get my truck serviced there, and highly recommend them. Go to Kentwood! More

Poor attitude and false hope I purchased two cars from Kentwood Ford. That sales lady is no longer there. I went back and dealt with Hamzah. I wish I could upload my screenshot of texts between us both. It was very unprofessional and insulting. I explained I went to another dealership and got a better trade in value and a better interest rate. Hamzah's reply to me was "Best of luck. THey may of showed you fake money though. Which means it's taken from the gross of the car you bought. But best of luck". My reply was "That's very unprofessional. Please don't question my actions". His reply back was "I'm not, best of luck. I hope they warm up your car". So unprofessional! Had they not xxxxxx me around with the trade in value (I was told by Hamzah anywhere up to $19,000 but was only offered $11,500, big difference!). I absolutely would not recommend this dealership at all! It's like dealing with a bunch of children. If they don't get their way, they have a hissy fit. I dealt with Ericksen Nissan and they are MUCH better! More
