I told them what I had seen on the website and the entire time they kinda just nodded and said "we'll see what we can do" " oh I gaurantee it'll be under $15000" "your credit is good, 0% APR should be easy to get" blah blah blah. They beat around the bush for a good 2 weeks before they decided to give me a real price. They told me the car I was interested in was normally sold at $21000 (!?!?!) (Yeah maybe for the Titanium cvt transmission with a bunch of perks) and that they'd give me a great deal and sell it to me for $17000 @ 5% APR. I tried to tell them my budget was set at $15000 with 0-0.9% APR and I can't go higher than that. They told me they'd let me know.... They never got back to me. The sneaky price altering and beating around the bush is not appealing, and this whole experience turn me off of Ford altogether. They told me the website's usually wrong (??!??!?! uh what?) even though I built the model in my area, and didn't decide to tell me after they strung me along thinking I'd get that price right until the very end. Jeeze if I'm going to be paying that much I'd rather look at the Chevy Sonic. More

Picked my 07 mustang after having rear bumper replaced at kentwoods body shop,got in my car all my dash lights come on. talked to bodyshop manger she says we will have a tech look at it ,half an hour later kentwoods body shop,got in my car all my dash lights come on. talked to bodyshop manger she says we will have a tech look at it ,half an hour later tech tells me a wire pigtail off some place in the rear end had come apart and would be half an hour to replace and the part costs $20.00 . An hour and half later i get a bill for $350 for replacing a simple pigtail which when i took my car there in the first place was just fine had no problems and the car only has 36000km i suspect autobody repair guy must off damaged this during removal and install of rear bumper and kentwood is passing on the buck to me,and to top it all off had to bring the car back to get clips on bottom off rear bumper installed because they did not install them properly in the first place.Stay away from this dealer or you will find out for yourself how bad they are i truly believe they are the scammers, More

Terrible, terrible experience going to Kentwood Ford. I got tossed around to five different salesmen, managers, etc. Very confusing. After agreeing on a price with one sales manager I was later told by another sales manager that they could not sell the car for that price and this is the new price. I can understand that mistakes are made, but they did nothing to compensate for the mistakes or try to appease me or get my business back. I should have known better after arriving to see a customer crying in the show room after trying to buy a car. Stay away from Kentwood Ford and be wary of GOAuto dealers. They claim to not be on commission but their salary is bonus driven from car sales. More
