If I could give this dealership a rating of -10, I would. I had recently purchased a vehicle from them, and from the salesperson to the finance manager, I was upfront about the vehicle's intended commercial I had recently purchased a vehicle from them, and from the salesperson to the finance manager, I was upfront about the vehicle's intended commercial use. Yet, within a month of not using the vehicle, a bailiff arrived, stating that there was a breach of contract, and the vehicle would be repossessed. I was left with no choice, and we were unsure of where to seek help. When I contacted Go Auto Finance, they stated that they were unable to assist me. My question is, how did the bank approve my financing loan despite my transparency regarding the vehicle's intended commercial use? I strongly advise against purchasing from them, as they are pushy and only concerned with making a sale, without providing any support after the purchase. I am extremely disappointed with Ford Kentwood. More
