Fabulous Car Buying Experience I saw a car on the website so sent an email asking for more information. Chad responded with professionalism and the tiniest bit of personality. I didn't want to negotiate so I put in a fair offer and they accepted it. No fuss, no muss, no pretending, "I'll just have to check these numbers with my manager" BS hoping that I would increase my offer. I bought an extended warranty. When I signed the documents on Friday I thought I understood the deal but by Monday I was confused again. Angela in the finance department took my call and patiently explained to me again everything we talked about on Friday. I would highly recommend this team! More

Amazing service! I brought my Ford Flex in for routine maintenance. I had additional work to be done, which involved troubleshooting my back hatch door.
