Took delivery of a 2012 Mazda 3 today. I had booked a test drive online, and Bob reached out within an hour of making the appointment. I told him I had only driven a manual once, but he encouraged me to come out anyways and test drive it, and wasn't too worried about stalling, etc. After a 2nd test drive, I decided I wanted it. Because I wasn't very experienced and the dealership is close to where I live, he drove the vehicle home for me. Had an overall positive experience and would do business with them again. More

Our car was wrecked in a hit and run and we didn't think we would find a car to replace it in a short amount of time. Timing is everything and Frank Salvino at Ken Shaw came through with a car. My experience at Ken Shaw Toyota was incredible- and that is all thanks to Bob! When we walked in looking for a specific Mazda, Bob was very thorough as it was my first time purchasing a vehicle. Each time that I encountered any issues with my Toyota Corolla Hatchback, I mistakenly took my vehicle to Ken Shaw Toyota, hoping that it will be a good repair, but it is to my dismay to discover each tim Corolla Hatchback, I mistakenly took my vehicle to Ken Shaw Toyota, hoping that it will be a good repair, but it is to my dismay to discover each time that they do a very bad job on the vehicles and they cheated me each time..Also, it takes me a long time to travel there and their rudeness is totally unacceptable, in particular their unprofessionalism... I have been dealing with Mr. Jason MacWIlliam, the Service Manager. I must comment that Mr. MacWilliam is highly unprofessional, inexperienced and not knowledgeable at all and does not explain the issues of the vehicle, rather he comments that there is nothing wrong with the vehicle, yet, I am the one that is driving the vehicle on a daily basis and it is highly unprofessional not to repair my vehicle. I would like to encourage everyone to please do not take your vehicle to Ken Shaw and not to deal with Jason MacWilliam, as you will be highly disappointed. General Public! Please take your vehicle to a respectable Dealership - Definitely not to Ken Shaw! More
