Took delivery of a 2012 Mazda 3 today. I had booked a test drive online, and Bob reached out within an hour of making the appointment. He informed me that the vehicle was a manual transmis I had booked a test drive online, and Bob reached out within an hour of making the appointment. He informed me that the vehicle was a manual transmission which I hadn't noticed. I told him I had only driven a manual once, but he encouraged me to come out anyways and test drive it, and wasn't too worried about stalling, etc. After a 2nd test drive, I decided I wanted it. Because I wasn't very experienced and the dealership is close to where I live, he drove the vehicle home for me. Had an overall positive experience and would do business with them again. More
