I have made an attempt to contact to the sales manager Mr. Joe Galluzzo regarding the per-negotiated APA cash purchase deal of a 2024/2025 Toyota Rav4 Trail. So, I went to Honda, and have got a very good deal on a 2024 Honda CRV AWD. I would not ever come back to Toyota again, and I would not recommend Ken Shaw Toyota specifically to anyone to deal with. I placed a $1000 deposit on a Prius Prime and was told there is a long waiting list. I asked my salesperson if the deposit is refundable. He said legally not in Ontario but because there is such a long wa there is a long waiting list. I asked my salesperson if the deposit is refundable. He said legally not in Ontario but because there is such a long waiting list, they would gladly refund my deposit if I changed my mind as long as I hadn’t ordered extras such as rustproofing or if the licensing hadn’t already happened, etc. He said he could likely easily sell it to the next person on the waiting list since hybrids are in such demand. Seven months later, I ran into some money troubles and called the dealership asking about a refund. My original salesperson had left the job so I was assigned a new person. He told me flat out that they will not be returning my deposit despite the promise made by my original salesperson. I can only get my deposit back if they fail to deliver the car within the time period specified on my sales agreement. In other words, a blatant cash grab. Not illegal but highly unethical in my opinion and very disappointing from Ken Shaw Toyota who my wife’s family has bought from for years which is why they were recommended to me for my first Toyota. (I previously had mostly Hondas.) This is what I expect from the cliche unscrupulous car dealership, but not from Ken Shaw. Maybe it’s under new management because this isn’t the Ken Shaw Toyota that once had a reputation for fairness and integrity. Very disappointing indeed. More

Some I will never drive again but just because Nolan was so pleasant, our next vehicle will probably be a Toyota or Ford. I know Toyotas are dependable. We had a Camry before but customer service is also very important and I would say Ken Shaw Toyota surpassed my expectations in that area. More
