My experience at Ken Shaw Toyota was incredible- and that is all thanks to Bob! When we walked in looking for a specific Mazda, Bob was very thorough as it was my first time purchasing a vehicle. We did a test drive right away and Bob took the time to answer every single one of my questions about the vehicle. After purchasing the car, Bob made sure I received it in a timely manner and I couldn't ask for better service. He even answered my questions when we got home from the dealership with the car! I would recommend Bob from Ken Shaw Toyota to all of my family and friends!!! More

Each time that I encountered any issues with my Toyota Corolla Hatchback, I mistakenly took my vehicle to Ken Shaw Toyota, hoping that it will be a good repair, but it is to my dismay to discover each tim Corolla Hatchback, I mistakenly took my vehicle to Ken Shaw Toyota, hoping that it will be a good repair, but it is to my dismay to discover each time that they do a very bad job on the vehicles and they cheated me each time..Also, it takes me a long time to travel there and their rudeness is totally unacceptable, in particular their unprofessionalism... I have been dealing with Mr. Jason MacWIlliam, the Service Manager. I must comment that Mr. MacWilliam is highly unprofessional, inexperienced and not knowledgeable at all and does not explain the issues of the vehicle, rather he comments that there is nothing wrong with the vehicle, yet, I am the one that is driving the vehicle on a daily basis and it is highly unprofessional not to repair my vehicle. I would like to encourage everyone to please do not take your vehicle to Ken Shaw and not to deal with Jason MacWilliam, as you will be highly disappointed. General Public! Please take your vehicle to a respectable Dealership - Definitely not to Ken Shaw! More

Bought my vehicle in August 2021. It’s a Mercedes Metris, and now the starter is dead. Contacted Bob and Matthew, and no one helped giving the answer that they always tell their clie It’s a Mercedes Metris, and now the starter is dead. Contacted Bob and Matthew, and no one helped giving the answer that they always tell their clients to get extra warranty which was NOT told to myself, or family members ghat was present. Now I will have to fork out 1,000$ on a vehicle that was present as if it was a good car; when in reality it’s a lemon. Would not recommend purchasing a vehicle from Toyota Kenshaw. More
