Sales person at this location was the only one who did not rush through the selection process and had tons of patience to answer all our question, and we had plenty. A surprise when purchasing winter tires for my Sienna I decided that our trips through the Pennsylvania Mountains and Ontario required proper winter tires. Since we shop at Costco we checked prices, avai I decided that our trips through the Pennsylvania Mountains and Ontario required proper winter tires. Since we shop at Costco we checked prices, availability and installation procedures. Costco did not have the tires in stock for the next several weeks and we would have had to take our chances going to the store to see if they could fit us in that day, they do not give appointments. One call to Shaw's Parts Department connected me with a knowledgeable and polite Rep who explained the merits of each tire and when I chose" Michelin Latitude Tires" the price quoted was less than Costco and the tires (special order for 18" rims) could be installed the next day. I had to delay it one more day because of previous appointments. The tires and their installation was smooth and properly handled. The van was spotless. A very successful purchase, many thanks More

Consistently good service I have been a customer of Ken Shaw for 12 years . In that time i have had purchased 2 new cars from them and have had 4 cars serviced by them. Never h I have been a customer of Ken Shaw for 12 years . In that time i have had purchased 2 new cars from them and have had 4 cars serviced by them. Never had a negative experience. A couple of years ago my new Camry was destroyed in a flood. One phone call to Joe and the process of replacing it was taken care of. He arranged a replacement within hours. He helped make a bad experience as easy as possible. The service and sales staff has always taken the time to "listen" and then clearly explain and recommend options. Polite , courteous and they even know my name . More

A car dealership that really delivers! My husband and I have been dealing with Ken Shaw Lexus Toyota since 1991 when we bought our first Camry. In 2001 we bought our second Camry, an XLE, My husband and I have been dealing with Ken Shaw Lexus Toyota since 1991 when we bought our first Camry. In 2001 we bought our second Camry, an XLE, which I am still driving and absolutely love. The people in their service department are excellent. my first new car purchase I've recently purchased my first brand new vehicle at Ken Shaw and I must say that Chris Jones in sales and Rick in finance made it an absolute pleasu I've recently purchased my first brand new vehicle at Ken Shaw and I must say that Chris Jones in sales and Rick in finance made it an absolute pleasure to deal with and will make buying another vehicle at another dealership extremely difficult due to the great service and attention they provide to there customers. Poor Customer Service My carpet was wet so I brought my car in to be checked for a leak and suspected disconnect drain hoses. They told me no leaks. After leaving my car ou My carpet was wet so I brought my car in to be checked for a leak and suspected disconnect drain hoses. They told me no leaks. After leaving my car out in the rain (always parked in the garage) I noticed the carpets were wet again (1yr later). I took it to Ken shaw and they found disconnected drain hoses. I complained that this should have been resolved before and that I shouldn't have to pay twice and now I have a moldy carpet which would cost thousands to replace. Nelson the service manager didn't offer any solution. My service records show that I had the inspection done before. I had to argue with him to reduce my bill which he did by $25 when it should have been covered because of their mistake. Poor service. More

Chris Jones was very helpful, even though I came in looking for a RA Great experience turning in my leased 2011 Matrix for a brand-new 2014 Camry SE! Chris Jones was very helpful, even though I came in looking for a RAV4, in the course or our conversation it turned out that Camry was also a viable option, met my monthly payment expectations and the SE came loaded with leather and moonroof package. Thank you, Chris, and everyone at KSLT for making this upgrade such a painless experience for me! Another big reason for me to have stayed with this dealership is the fact that the service department is open until midnight on weekdays -- always helpful for a busy guy like myself. No need to worry about missing something at work and I can always bring my laptop to the cafeteria and stay connected. More
