Poor Customer Service My carpet was wet so I brought my car in to be checked for a leak and suspected disconnect drain hoses. They told me no leaks. After leaving my car out in the rain (always parked in the garage) I noticed the carpets were wet again (1yr later). I took it to Ken shaw and they found disconnected drain hoses. I complained that this should have been resolved before and that I shouldn't have to pay twice and now I have a moldy carpet which would cost thousands to replace. Nelson the service manager didn't offer any solution. My service records show that I had the inspection done before. I had to argue with him to reduce my bill which he did by $25 when it should have been covered because of their mistake. Poor service. More
