Poor Customer Service My carpet was wet so I brought my car in to be checked for a leak and suspected disconnect drain hoses. They told me no leaks. After leaving my car out in the rain (always parked in the garage) I noticed the carpets were wet again (1yr later). I took it to Ken shaw and they found disconnected drain hoses. I complained that this should have been resolved before and that I shouldn't have to pay twice and now I have a moldy carpet which would cost thousands to replace. Nelson the service manager didn't offer any solution. My service records show that I had the inspection done before. I had to argue with him to reduce my bill which he did by $25 when it should have been covered because of their mistake. Poor service. More

He reeasurred me that he could contact the Toyota Roadside Service for assistance for me. He did, they responded very quickly. Mr. Martin took the initiative to contact me to reassure me that I would get the assistance needed and he calmed me down. Having said this, Customer Service at Ken Shaw Motors is EXCELLENT. Repair of KDDS system on 2011 Toyota 4Runner I had an issue with the KDDS system which the dealer had never seen. Nelson went out of his way to research the issue and worked to minimize the cost I had an issue with the KDDS system which the dealer had never seen. Nelson went out of his way to research the issue and worked to minimize the cost of the service. During and between visits Nelson did a great job keeping me up to date re parts on order from California and work status as the job was completed. While Nelson was on vacation, he did a seem less transition to Teresa. The customer service at Ken Shaw Toyota is second to none. The service hours, Monday to Thursday to midnight, are most convenient, and a huge plus! I would recommend Ken Shaw's service department to everyone! It's a great team doing a fantastic job! More
