From the moment we walked into the showroom, we were given our space and time to view the vehicles. On our first visit, we test drove two vehicles and had some initial questions answered. We went home to do our 'homework' with a promise to return. On our second visit we were ready to make a purchase. Our Professional Sales Advisor was approachable, friendly, knowledgeable and demonstrated a thorough understanding of the vehicle we were interested in. He was able to answer all of our questions and provided insight into areas we hadn't thought about to discuss. He was able to compare the Toyota that we were interested in to other similar makes. At all times, he remained professional in his views about these cars, discussing their pros and cons. After deciding to purchase our vehicle, the entire process went extremely smoothly. A price was negotiated (including a trade in of our previous Toyota). Necessary paper work was completed efficiently and all questions answered. When picking up our brand new vehicle, our Sales Advisor took the time to review the car's features throughly with me. He hooked up my bluetooth and told me to call him or drop by any time if I had further questions. At no time did I feel rushed. He was patient and thorough in his explanations.
