While the work is being done on my vehicle, I usually wait with a coffee and a newspaper in their comfortable cafeteria. A surprise when purchasing winter tires for my Sienna I decided that our trips through the Pennsylvania Mountains and Ontario required proper winter tires. Since we shop at Costco we checked prices, availability and installation procedures. Costco did not have the tires in stock for the next several weeks and we would have had to take our chances going to the store to see if they could fit us in that day, they do not give appointments. One call to Shaw's Parts Department connected me with a knowledgeable and polite Rep who explained the merits of each tire and when I chose" Michelin Latitude Tires" the price quoted was less than Costco and the tires (special order for 18" rims) could be installed the next day. I had to delay it one more day because of previous appointments. The tires and their installation was smooth and properly handled. The van was spotless. A very successful purchase, many thanks More

A couple of years ago my new Camry was destroyed in a flood. One phone call to Joe and the process of replacing it was taken care of. He arranged a replacement within hours. He helped make a bad experience as easy as possible. The service and sales staff has always taken the time to "listen" and then clearly explain and recommend options. Polite , courteous and they even know my name . More

In 2001 we bought our second Camry, an XLE, My husband and I have been dealing with Ken Shaw Lexus Toyota since 1991 when we bought our first Camry.
