I emailed the dealership with questions & looking for finance & lease pricing. Alysha Gouveia got back to me quickly with all the information I had asked for. When we made a choice to go with Ken Shaw for our purchuse, Alysha was quick to set up a appointment at a time that worked best for us with Will Erichsen. When we went into the dealership the whole experience dealing with Will was great & there were no hidden cost or surprises, the numbers were just as discussed with Alysha over email. My wife kept saying to Will i'm expecting a catch, but there was no catch. We got a affordable monthly lease payment & good price on the vehicle we wanted. Will was very pleasant & thorough going over the new vehicle with us & all the functions. The financing process was quick & easy. Me & my wife are very happy with our car being experience at Ken Shaw Toyota. Thanks so much to Will & Alysha for making purchusing our first new vehicle a wonderful experience. Great Experience @ Ken Shaw Toyota Scion I am new to Toyota, having always owned a competitor's brand car. I went to the dealer at Ken Shaw on St. Clair Av. W, near Runnymede. Initially I sto I am new to Toyota, having always owned a competitor's brand car. I went to the dealer at Ken Shaw on St. Clair Av. W, near Runnymede. Initially I stopped by to check them out and ask questions. I was seen by David Bates. All my questions were answered and an appointment was made for what I needed done. David took the time to show me the price comparison and explained the benefits of going with dealer service . I arrived a bit early on the set date. I was seen by Nadine. My car was taken in promptly, I was offered a shuttle ride to where I wanted to go while my car was being serviced. My car was ready within the time I was told. The service was friendly and all my questions were answered without hesitation. I'm happy with my car and happy with the service. Overall, a great experience. Check them out if you are in the area. You won't be disappointed. More

So when I was shopping for a new car, he suggested that I buy a Toyota from them too. So I did. Now 16 years later, it was time for me to buy a new one! I am very happy with the purchase of my new Corolla. But I am even more pleased with the exceptional sales representative who sold us the car, Will Erichsen. Both my wife and I found him to be honest, easy going, knowledgeable, and very pleasant to speak with. He walked us through the entire process of purchasing the car in a relaxed and unhurried manner. He answered all our questions and also offered practical tips and advice. I hope he will be around when it is time to purchase another Toyota car, maybe sooner this time. Thanks Will! More

From the moment I reached out to William to buy my new car I had nothing but the best service. I told him what I was looking for and he found it for me in a timely manner. The whole transition was very smooth. He was extremely helpful and really went out of his way to make sure I got everything I needed. His after sale service was amazing and I have since sent many friends to him for help buying a car. Thank you again for everything you have done. I know exactly who I’ll go to when I want to upgrade my car! More
Excellent service I contacted the dealership in regards to a credit that was on file the night manager Nelson was quick to make sure it was applied onto the account. My I contacted the dealership in regards to a credit that was on file the night manager Nelson was quick to make sure it was applied onto the account. My appointment was reschedule to accommodate a change in my schedule. I was told it would be two hours and in exactly that time I was called at home and a shuttle was at my door in under five minutes. Nelson happily applied this credit and made sure to ask for my CAA card so I could earn points and scanned my Aeroplan miles and then notified as to how I earned in each. It was convenient and effecient and allowed me to multi task by taking care of my children put them to bed and have my vehicle serviced at the same time. Well done! More
Car damaged in dealership while in for repairs I had my highlander in for repairs and it is given back to me with a dent and indent the with of a vehicle all along the side doors. To add insult to injury it has been touched up with paint to hide it. So far mr. Jamal, GM, says he has asked and says no one has touched up my car so he is satisfied with the answers. Mr. Jamal, you had my vehicle for 3 weeks, you took pictures when the vehicle was taken in. If the dent and scratches were not there then, and they are there when I picked the vehicle, and I haven't had access to the vehicle, How the xxxx could I have put it the there. Take some responsibility and stop putting the onus on the car owner. It's obvious it was done while in the care of the Ken Shaw dealership care. I am so disappointed in your answers and blaming the owners for something I obviously had nothing to do with. The vehicle was damaged while in your care, just fix it! More

I would prefer to rate Ken Shaw Toyota at 4.5 stars, but half star ratings aren't possible on this site. Overall, I'm very satisfied with my experience buying my second new car from Ken Shaw Toyota. I did not give a 5 star rating because some minor issues were missed during the pre-sale check by the dealership. Customer Service: My experience was excellent. I had just had my previous car written off and wanted to finalize the purchase as quickly as possible and Ken Shaw Toyota managed things quickly and efficiently. I was able to pick up the car, obtained from another Ontario dealership, in a week (over the Canada Day long weekend). Helder, my Sales Rep, was professional and thorough in explaining the car and the specifics of hybrids, as well as the sales process. He was very cooperative and willing to answer my questions but he also allowed me time on my own and I never felt pressured. Helder also went over the car with me when I picked it up, providing a lot of detail on how to operate many of the car's features. Other staff (in particular Joe Galluzzo) were also very helpful, when Helder was off sick, in confirming that they were able to get my car and providing me vehicle information needed for insurance. Quality of Work: Very good overall. The sales and financing paperwork were easy to understand and filled out without error or omissions. The car was well prepped and looked clean but I did find a few minor issues that should have been noticed during the vehicle prep - e.g. the cargo net upper hooks were not installed properly as they prevent the retractable luggage cover from fitting into the slots at the rear hatch; the tire pressure on all 4 tires was slightly high (40 psi); the tow hook eyelet was left in the glove compartment instead of in its designated storage location above the spare tire, a set of four locking wheel nuts were included in the glove compartment and not installed. Friendliness: I've always found the staff at Ken Shaw Toyota friendly and professional. Price: I've very satisfied with the price but I have to admit that it was a fixed price for APA members. My rating is based mostly on the other aspects of doing business with Ken Shaw. More
