DIsappointing What was I disappointed by? This: That even with an appointment, first thing in the morning, a reasonably straight forward service procedure would What was I disappointed by? This: That even with an appointment, first thing in the morning, a reasonably straight forward service procedure would take nearly the entire 4 hour window I was given. If I include the 10 minutes it took to find my truck after paying, a total of 4 hours and 10 minutes. Al reminded me of this when we spoke, as if he was taking pride achieving the worst case scenario. I realize that looking at the parking brake may have extended this but it still seems excessive. That a 5 minute removal of a plastic housings would result in the cost of a service procedure nearly doubling. This was a form of bait and switch: Get my truck in the shop, tell me the cost doubled because a housing integral to the work needed to be removed, and then tell me the work has already started. This was like saying "Oops, we forgot we had to take off the wheels before we did your brake job, it'll cost more. Plus it's all apart now." That Toyota and your Service Dept. are unable to quote a reasonably routine service procedure (minor disassembly and cleaning) despite the fact that this is a very popular engine for Toyota. Frankly I do not believe this nor the excuses I was given. My regular mechanic has never misquoted and works on all makes and models of cars. Toyota should know their limited products and services. That Nadine and Al had a 5 minute private discussion that could and probably should have happened in front of me, and appeared to go out of their way to do so (they were virtually in the same room yet ended up a hundred feet away to discuss it). I can't imagine what their motivation would be for discussing it this way. They weren't sure where my truck was, and took 10 minutes to find it, even though I arrived one minute after being called to come get it. I would no longer describe my experience as disappointing. It was disgusting. More

I wanted to buy an SUV - did my research on several competitors - and ended up purchasing a Toyota RAV-4 which I love. Lots of cargo space, safety features and drives smooth. When we made a choice to go with Ken Shaw for our purchuse, Alysha was quick to set up a appointment at a time that worked best for us with Will Erichsen. When we went into the dealership the whole experience dealing with Will was great & there were no hidden cost or surprises, the numbers were just as discussed with Alysha over email. My wife kept saying to Will i'm expecting a catch, but there was no catch. We got a affordable monthly lease payment & good price on the vehicle we wanted. Will was very pleasant & thorough going over the new vehicle with us & all the functions. The financing process was quick & easy. Initially I stopped by to check them out and ask questions. I was seen by David Bates. All my questions were answered and an appointment was made for what I needed done. David took the time to show me the price comparison and explained the benefits of going with dealer service . I arrived a bit early on the set date. I was seen by Nadine. My car was taken in promptly, I was offered a shuttle ride to where I wanted to go while my car was being serviced. My car was ready within the time I was told. The service was friendly and all my questions were answered without hesitation. I'm happy with my car and happy with the service. Overall, a great experience. Check them out if you are in the area.
