Rather than trying to quickly deal with me, John took time to explain my options. He stepped up and took ownership of the problem and that is what I liked the most about him. I asked how long he had been working for Ken Shaw and it was well over 15 years. This validated my impression of John, that I was being helped by a very experienced and knowledgeable team member that is committed to good customer service. I got the car window fixed promptly at no additional cost and I could not be happier. I was involved in a car accident that totalled my Corolla. I was very pleased with my Corolla but I told my representative what had happened and needed a replacement. I told him to look for some options for me. When I visited the dealership I was given 3 options one being the Scion IM. It was love at first site! I loved all the features the Scion IM had but I was spoiled with my Corolla's heated seats. I love how peppy my Scion IM is and also enjoying the stereo.
