Replaced head gasket with a fried, fixed the problem (the cars are great, they are NOT, at least have the car running for 10min outside the shop make sure it's repaired) More

Sales department was no better. I had a lease vehicle through the dealership and was purchasing it outright at the end of the lease. Since I did not purchase any extended warranty or go through their financing department or upgrade to a newer vehicle, they could not push me out the door quick enough. I even asked if they would wash the vehicle and they said NO! More

Their lack of knowledge of the products they have to sell and maintain is surprising, in a supposedly quality dealership. The Service department had a distinct lack of interest in solving issues arising from their work on my vehicle and showed no surprise at the problems my newly purchased vehicle was having. One unhappy customer. More
Great Service, back to basics! I have tried giving Kelowna a shot many times at my business and have to say that this time was different. I was not greeted with any strange approach I have tried giving Kelowna a shot many times at my business and have to say that this time was different. I was not greeted with any strange approach or old car sales stuff. Although I have know Ryan for years at this dealership, David was a great asset to my deal. We did not consider all cars before we got to the store and were pleasantly surprised at the level of service that was provided right to the last words off the lot. I can say that in my experience att his store that the management must have changed or something like that. What an awesome experience. My car is a very rare find and I did not consider the model entirely until David showed the car to me. Great Job!! More
We are very happy with David and Ryan Wicks. The deal went smoothly and I was encouraged to shop which makes me feel better about the approach from these guys. I will say there was no tacky pressure and went smoothly and I was encouraged to shop which makes me feel better about the approach from these guys. I will say there was no tacky pressure and the car is amazing, everything went well and they picked me up at my house so we did not have to make alternate arrangements. We will do this again for my wife's car in a year or so. More
I recently had my vehicle in for Service. Unfortunately I had to wait a week before parts could be available to fix the issue with the wheel bearing. 0 stars. Worst experience of my life buying a vehicle. I am considering seeking advice from a lawyer. We bought a "certified" 07 BMW X5 that they were marketing it as an "08 and somehow we didn't realize I am considering seeking advice from a lawyer. We bought a "certified" 07 BMW X5 that they were marketing it as an "08 and somehow we didn't realize any different until after we bought it. It had issues before we even drove it off the lot. I guess that should have been the first warning sign for us. The first issues were the suspension and air conditioning. Like I said this vehicle was supposedly certified. So when we asked them why these issues weren't caught or dealt with when it was "certified", the response we got was that they don't bother repairing these issues until they know the vehicle is sold. More like they don't repair it unless you notice the issue. I really question whether any "certified" vehicle from them has passed any sort of inspection. So within the first month of having the vehicle it was in the shop 3 times and it honestly spent more time in the shop being fixed than on the road. We asked the dealership after a month if we could just return the vehicle and get a different one. They did not want to do anything to help us and stopped answering our phone calls. The next problems were: heated seats/steering wheel, steering/tilt issue (causing the vehicle to stall while driving and almost causing an accident), navigation, air shocks, tail light electrical. When another mechanic looked at it he asked us whether it had been in an accident because one side of the frame is painted a different colour. The dealership did not mention anything about it potentially being in a serious accident. During all of these issues and repairs we were made to feel like we were ones in the wrong for being upset. We again asked if we could trade the vehicle back in for another one, and they said it us too old and has too many km. its been a year now and we have had over 20 issues and I don't see an end in sight. I would say they need to replace almost all of their staff as they provide horrible customer service. The only person who has been at all helpful is Kirsten. She is probably the only reason that dealership is still in business. It's too bad they are the only BMW dealership in town because I would have went to Vancouver to buy another BMW but I would still have to deal with kelowna for the service. (I previously purchased a BMW from Brian Jessel in Vancouver and it was nothing but a pleasure to deal with them). I will likely purchase another type of vehicle just so I don't have to ever deal with them again. Seriously reconsider if you are looking at buying a vehicle from them. You are far better off going to Vancouver (not to mention they are way over priced in kelowna). More
