My sales associate Joey Kostova made the experience very pleasurable with her professionalism, kindness, patience and knowledge of the product. She along with Peter Fu answered any inquiries I had very promptly. And finally my finance lady Elise was amazing and very professional. Dishonest service people, bad service I dropped off my car at 8:30 AM at the service to check the acceleration and very loud engine noise issue, plus a manufacture recall for a software up I dropped off my car at 8:30 AM at the service to check the acceleration and very loud engine noise issue, plus a manufacture recall for a software update. They told me that the car would be ready by 5:00 pm. Later that day, I got call from the service center and they told me that they were too busy to check car that day at 4:02 pm, and said that they can check and fix the issue first thing next morning, and that they could allow me to rent a car for overnight and return the rental car in the early morning, they would cover the car rental. Sounded good so far, eh? At 4:29 pm (27 minutes later), they texted me that the car was ready to pick up. When I went to the service center, they told me that no issue was found and that I needed to pay $75 for 30 minutes labor fee. Imaging the software update takes at least 10 minutes that is covered by warranty, then 28 minutes minus 10 minutes equals to 18 minutes assuming they started work on my car right after I got the first call at 4:02 and got the service done at 4:29pm, even take 0 second to get the paper work done. So the net labor hour spent to check my car issue is less than 18 minutes, but they wanted to charge me 30 minutes labor fee. I can reproduce the acceleration issue very easily in minutes, but they told me nothing was wrong. I doubt they even did test drive! That is just cheating!!! More
