Other than oil changes at Walmart, I have been taking my car to Kanata Honda exclusively for over 2 years. Last week my car was serviced and in the next day or two I noticed severe degradation of the batte car to Kanata Honda exclusively for over 2 years. Last week my car was serviced and in the next day or two I noticed severe degradation of the battery -- it would not charge / hold a charge after driving it. I opened the hood to put a charger on the battery and discovered that someone had swapped my battery. I don't know when or by whom my battery was swapped. Maybe it was a coincidence that it failed shortly after my car was serviced at Kanata Honda. I called the service manager and in my opinion, he was neither surprised nor concerned. He offered to sell me a new battery. More

I purchased a Self-Propelled Lawn Mower in summer 2019 and I've I've had good service with a vehicle (CR-V) but many problems with power equipment. I purchased a Self-Propelled Lawn Mower in summer 2019 and I've spent over $300 in servicing. Problems with the belt for self-propelling, the transmission axle, the blade. While the transmission was under warranty, the rest was not. What added salt to the wound while I complained is that they were saying they assumed I was using my lawn mower 'commercially'. I am a residential owner who mows the lawn once week. My suggestion is that you do not buy a Honda lawn mower unless you are a mechanic and don't mind working on it regularly. Spend your money elsewhere. More
Bought a Ruckus in Feb and it is now middle of July. Called left messages without any reply. I wrote a review on Google about my experience with Kanata and Peter Fu responded that I was happy, I was happy before the negotiation. The owner, Erold Sarfeled, was suppoded to call me back, he didn't instead he trusted his staff who lied to him. Well Erold if you would have bothered to contact me I could have forwarded the chain of emails and you would have seen with your own eyes what transpired. I cannot believe how Kanata Honda treats complaints. So Peter Fu and Micheal Kang you're both sexist and a LIARS. More
Kanata Honda's October sales event -- unhappy customers I was a customer for 10 years at Kanata Honda. I bought my first Civic there. Back in 2009 you could email the dealer with your requirements and they' I was a customer for 10 years at Kanata Honda. I bought my first Civic there. Back in 2009 you could email the dealer with your requirements and they'd get back with an accurate quote within hours, and they would honour your request to do everything via email until it was time to test drive and/or seal the deal. But 2019 is a much different place apparently. Despite asking to communicate by email, I was immediately phoned by a sales rep. We made a tentative deal that I was happy with. But it turns out the value of my trade in was overestimated. Fine, was still fairly happy with the deal. But starting Monday Nov 23, when I said let's make a deal, suddenly every car in the lot I'd looked at was unavailable. They sold the last red Civic we talked about three hours before I was coming in to do the paperwork. Then the sales rep has the gall to tell me we can bring another car on to the lot for 800 bucks. Funny enough, 800 bucks is the exact amount of amazing savings the sales rep told me I was receiving. So basically Peter Fu told his sales person to deep six my deal. Unbelievable. If anyone else has problems like I have, I encourage you to write Honda Canada and express your concerns. More

BUT failed as they did not inform me. Extremely poor customer service, poor expectations setting, even worse delivery of service. Avoid, avoid, avoid... More
