There are 4 packages you must buy. Now I am in for an oil change.... $169....what? My last oil change at Carle Ford was $74. I brought in a "special coupon direct from Ford Canada" for a $69 special oil change & 80 plus inspection....but this dealership "choosing not to honour it". Very dissapointed. I won't be buying my next vehicle here. More

Great new truck buying experience! My husband had asked me to head to Kanata Ford to check out the trucks and do some research on purchasing a new truck for our business. From the minute I walked in the door of the dealership I was treated with respect and professionalism. Brett Hamilton helped me navigate the ins and outs of trucks and took me for a test drive in an awesome truck. On our next visit we met with Chris T. and Russ who helped us figure out which truck would work the best for our growing food truck business. I really appreciated that they could have sold us a truck on the spot, whether it met our needs or not, but there was no pressure. When we returned on the third visit Chris Tranmer. again took the time to make sure that we were getting what we needed. We ended up taking possession yesterday evening of an amazing Ford F-150 we can use for personal and business transportation. The staff were are all friendly, courteous and very professional! We will be recommending Kanata Ford to anyone who is in the market for a new truck! More

Best New Vehicle Purchase Yet I normally dread buying a new vehicle. Over the years I've purchased 12 new vehicles, all cash deals. I expect and get the usual sales person who thin I normally dread buying a new vehicle. Over the years I've purchased 12 new vehicles, all cash deals. I expect and get the usual sales person who think they know what I want and push to up sell models or features. Only one other time was I comfortable during the sale. It was through a fleet salesman I dealt with at work, he slipped one through on fleet for me. The people, at Kanata Ford from the receptionist through to the sales manager were all friendly, polite, and professional. I called ahead and spoke with Tyler, looking for a particular vehicle. When I arrived the particular one I was after was in transit as I was told ahead of time but was spoken for. They went out of their way to find the same truck. Managed to find it in a different colour, with no more or less options than I wanted. There were no theatrics regarding the value of my trade-in or the price of the new one. The sale progressed as expected without a glitch. The truck was ready and waiting when promised. Before it came in I called parts to order a bed mat. I explained it was for a vehicle I'd just ordered. No down payment was required (nice touch) and it was waiting when I picked up the truck. I slipped a CD into the player as I was leaving the lot. It jammed? service was busy, but the sales manager took the time to check it and after some time got it out. Hasn't given a glitch since? Will be back for my next purchase. More
