Smoke and mirrors! If it was possible I would give a negative rating. I was enticed there by misleading radio advertising and website information. I researched vehicles shown as 2018 discounted F150’s in stock. I identified a few that I liked then specifically called to confirm availability. I was assured that one of my chosen trucks was in stock. When I arrived I was shown a truck that was covered in expensive,non- functional bling that bore no resemblance to that shown on the website! When I pointed this out I was told it was the correct stock number and that the bling could be removed if I did not want it. I said that would be required. I asked to see the window sticker but was given the run around on that! I then tried to get them to honour their advertised pricing which they had all kinds of excuses for not being able to do! All they succeeded in doing was wasting my time and pissing me off! More

I asked if I could drop my car off to be worked on the next day, was told "all booked until next Friday." Did not even ask what I needed or why I was there. Terrible service. I'll never go back there.. I had only really gone there before out of convenience since it was close to my work place but I don't care about that now. I would rather go out of my way somewhere else than to be treated like that. Thank-you for nothing. More

It was fresh, honest and a wonderful experience! I am a convert! Thanks guys More
Service Department needs serious improvement We brought our 2017 Ford Explorer to the Kanata Ford Service for oil change on 18/4/2019. Waited one hour past our appointment time and left WITHOUT We brought our 2017 Ford Explorer to the Kanata Ford Service for oil change on 18/4/2019. Waited one hour past our appointment time and left WITHOUT SERVICE in complete and utter frustration. This was not the first time, it happened to us on previous visits (having to wait hours for service). We were told when we arrived 15 minutes early they were on time and we should be out of there in an hour. And one hour past the appointed time the vehicle had not moved, service had not begun. In checking with customer service reps (twice), they did not know what the reason was for the delay. It has become quite obvious to us, Kanata Ford Service can not provide the consistent service they sold us on when we purchased our new vehicle and the service package which includes oil changes, etc. We had to leave and spend an extra $60.00 at another supplier for our needed oil change. We are completely disgusted with Kanata Ford Service. We are investigating changing dealerships as the only thing they seem to be consistent with is disappointing us. More

The Kanata Ford sales staff made it easy for me to switch from my 2014 Ford Escape to this brand new Ford Edge ST. So far I am very happy with my decision. Bring in for a repair and leave needing multiple repairs. I had recently brought my F150 in for some recall work that need desperate attention, The Locks on all 4 doors would freeze and not close or the locks I had recently brought my F150 in for some recall work that need desperate attention, The Locks on all 4 doors would freeze and not close or the locks would not accept a command from the key fob. The recall work was completed, I drove my vehicle home and now the locks dont work at all, I bring it back and they say I have to pay to have this fixed even though I had it in there 3 days prior. Clearly they did reinstall the parts back properly, I opened the panels on the doors myself and sure enough the power harness wasn't attached. I reattached them and it works fine now. I don't like being scammed into paying more money anywhere and this place tried that and for that reason I wrote this review, also they are quite ignorant in there too but that could be there kanata water. More

fuel pump issue I had my truck towed there due to failure of fuel pump. I was told that Ford had installed the wrong fuse for fuel pump at build. I looked it up on go I had my truck towed there due to failure of fuel pump. I was told that Ford had installed the wrong fuse for fuel pump at build. I looked it up on goggle and yes, the fuse melts and in some cases the wire harness melts. So they fixed it and did the proper work by the install of the proper larger fuse by what I was told. Service invoice was a little vague on how they fixed it?? Service writer told me that Ford had made this mistake at build time. They fixed it and thats fine, but I had to still pay my hundred dollar deductible with the extended warranty. I'm fine with paying this if the problem comes from normal use. But this was Fords fault and they still made me pay the deductible, and I lost a day from work as well because no vehicle. I can afford to pay it but it was the principal and their attitude. I talked to head of service Virgilio Disipio (spelling?) and he didn't really give a rats arse about my concern! It's a lot of new people there. Not the same as when I bought the truck in 2014. It's fixed and that's fine but I'm done with Kanata Ford. I'll get my new truck at another dealer. Quality of their work is fine, it's just the rest that is barely mediocre More

His knowledge of the products and truck market was instrumental in helping me find the perfect vehicle, not to mention his "no pressure" sales style. Chris has always been very helpful with any after sales service questions or concerns. I would not hesitate to recommend Kanata Ford Sales or Service to anyone looking for a new truck and stop buy and see Chris you won't be disappointed. More
