Life saver!!!! When I entered the building I was immediately greeted by Reg. I explained my situation and without any further questions he proceeded to drive my car to the back and had it looked at right away, life saver!!. I was also possibly thinking of upgrading and Reg was kind enough to advise me of my possible opitions and value of my vehicle wich I found to be extreemely helpfull. My car was retuned to me and was told there was nothing to be worried about it was simply low on air, they adjusted all my tire pressures. They simply just did an awesome job. More

They do require proper maintenance to keep them at their peak performance and so to me it is important to find a dealership that does a great job and treats you as a very important person, especially being a woman. I first started using this dealership around 2006 when I moved to Surrey and have been going back regularly because of the great service I receive. I have been dealing with Reg Bains for as long as I can remember and being helped by long term employees are something I appreciate because after a while they treat you like family and to me it also reflects on the quality of the company because we all know it is hard to find great employees. Reg has always answered my questions very honestly and professionally, he is very approachable and professional. He is a great representative of this dealership and the Volkswagen brand. He is one of the reasons that I recommend this dealership to everyone I know that drives a VW.I have been in management and supervisory positions for almost 20 years and I do know good quality in customer service having given it myself. When Sam saw us enter, he approached us and asked us what we were interested in looking at. We told him the Passat TDI. He took us out to look at that car. After we purchased the scar Samhelped us set up our phones to the Bluetooth and spent 1 1/2 hrs going over everything just to make sure we fully understood how everything worked. Brian the manager was also very good with us. We felt he gave us a good deal on our trade-in and explained the different features on the warrenties and insurance. On my way out of town (winter travel on high mountain passes), noted my car was not running well. Dropped into dealership with no appointment.
