Worst dealership ever no sense for customer service at all. I purchased a brand new 2022 sienna in February were was in transit since the customer were ordered it upgraded so I jumped on it signed my pape all. I purchased a brand new 2022 sienna in February were was in transit since the customer were ordered it upgraded so I jumped on it signed my paper put down a deposit and the waiting game began ( estimated delivery end of April beginning of may) no communication between the dealer and I were made in the waiting period by the end of may I decided to give my sales men a call( very professional guy) he told me the sienna I purchased was sold to another customer were purchased the same vehicle so it is normal for this dealer to sell 1 vehicle to multiple customers and who ever gets it financing first gets it first come first serve the word from the sales manager and let the other customer completely in the dark. After I got the explanation from what happen from the sales manager Dan Wang he told me straight to my face don’t worry we ordered you another one nothing on our part will change , by the way the estimated delivery is end of 2022 or early 2023. Customer service means nothing to them all they interested in is the number of sales it’s insane how they treat customer were are loyal to this dealer since 17 years don’t matter if I purchased 3 brand new vehicles and 1 used 1 from them they just don’t care. So be very careful what you’re buying there you might end up like me I know it hard to believe but here as info Good morning Mike, My name is Don Saranchuk and I am the General Manager for Jim Pattison Toyota. The vehicle was double sold because of a break down in our processes. The other customer did purchase it earlier unfortunately. Its not that you were passed over or your vehicle was given to someone else. This situation is extremely rare, it has happened only couple other times in the last 18 months. I understand that this explanation, while it makes sense, it does nothing to ease you frustration for this situation. We have a request in with Toyota Canada to fill your order. Typically Sienna FWD’s get filled sooner than AWD models, we hope to see it based on the time frame that you were quoted. We will ensure that you are not affected by any adjustments in your vehicles trade value or the price of the vehicle while your vehicle is on order, including if your van arrives as a 2023 model, not a 2022 (typically Toyota has price increases each new model year and sometimes through out the year). I would be happy to work with you directly moving forward to ensure that we get the relationship back on track and there are no further hiccups or issues.
