Right from the time I enter the dealership to the final delivery of my vehicle, I felt welcomed. The person who was my first contact to purchase my new vehicle was SARA Rambow. I was interested in a new Ra delivery of my vehicle, I felt welcomed. The person who was my first contact to purchase my new vehicle was SARA Rambow. I was interested in a new Rav4. I have been driving a 4 Runner for 13 years and was looking for a smaller vehicle. I liked the new features in my wife's 2017 Corolla, Radar cruise etc. and wanted similar in a new vehicle. My Rav4 has that and more, so now, comes a whole new learning curve. This month I celebrate my 79th birthday and to learn all the new electronics in the Rav4 seemed daunting. However Sara Rambow helped me to link my phone to the car and also how to program the home link to open the garage door. The phone links via the Toyota app has been useful, and I wouldn't been able to use it without Sara's helpful instructions and directions. I have returned several to JP on Regent to ask questions and have always felt welcome I have dealt with this Toyota dealership since 1976 and feel at home. More
If you want to pay over 1000. 00 in “recommended” service stuff, bring your car to this dealership. I own a 2020 toyota with only 48K on it. I brought it in for an oil change and 00 in “recommended” service stuff, bring your car to this dealership. I own a 2020 toyota with only 48K on it. I brought it in for an oil change and top up of vehicles, and they came to me with over 1000.00 in recommended services stuff. NO WAY. I had just had my breaks checked and they were in great shape, but this dealership suggested repairs just for the sake of making money. I’ll NEVER bring my car here again. Total CASH GRAB! More
Nothing but a hard time with the service manager Jared. He is not a good asset for this dealership. He lacks good customer service as he is defensive instead of listening to the customer complaint and woul He is not a good asset for this dealership. He lacks good customer service as he is defensive instead of listening to the customer complaint and would rather argue than try to understand and come up with a solution for the customer. And when you're at your wits end he will finally offer you something that gets you out of the building but be sure he will offer you a credit on your account but not put anything there. Next service will be another argument about the missing credit. Be careful when they try and sell you extra service that is not in the maintenance manual but rather a money grab. Do your homework before going in for service and be sure to continue complaining if there's an issue with your vehicle under warranty even though they say there's no issue with the part in question. Just a few tips if anyone decides to get service done at this location. This was a much better dealership in year 2021. I don't recommend this service center to anyone and I myself, friends and family will get work done elsewhere. Too stressed out from the last service to go back. More
They charged $722 for a new battery and spark plugs. They put the pressure on to spend more. I had just had it serviced 4 months ago. Brought my car in for a free oil change and the service advisor came to let me know that my brakes and pads needed cleaning. I felt pressured into doing it. When I asked for the price of the service he did advisor came to let me know that my brakes and pads needed cleaning. I felt pressured into doing it. When I asked for the price of the service he didn't really say. I went to pick up the car and I was billed $250 for an half an hour of service to clean them up. Such a scam to charge that much. More
